"Game of Thrones" star Sophie Turner is suing her estranged husband, singer Joe Jonas, for the return of their two kids to England.
According to a new report, in a lawsuit filed in a Manhattan court on Thursday, Turner requests "the immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained."
Turner and Jonas are currently in the midst of a contentious divorce that has caused a heated media debate over the duo's parenting.

Actress Sophie Turner seems to be taking legal steps to gain custody of the children she shares with Jonas Brothers singer Joe Jonas.
In a lawsuit filed on Thursday, Turner is requesting the "immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained."
According to Page Six, Turner's lawsuit alleges that the unlawful retaining of their kids began on September 30. She also claims that she and Jonas made an agreement over Christmas 2022 that they would make England their "forever home" and start searching for schools for their daughter, Willa.
The legal document states that both parties were "excited for the family's move to England."
Joe Jonas Files For Divorce From Sophie Turner
News of Turner's lawsuit comes after her estranged husband, singer Jonas, filed for divorce.
The couple, who share two kids, Willa and D.J., went viral weeks ago after reports surfaced about Jonas looking to hire a divorce attorney in Los Angeles.
As reported by The Blast, Jonas "respectfully" requested that he and Turner "establish a parenting plan" and a "timesharing schedule" with their children in the legal petition.
Willa and D.J.'s primary residence was listed as Miami, Florida, where he and Turner had been living. The case was filed in Miami-Dade County Courts on September 5.
Sources revealed to The Blast that the pair have an iron-clad prenup in place, which will ensure a smooth division of their assets.
The "Cake By The Ocean" singer is expected to keep his music royalties with his brothers and band, DNCE. Conversely, Turner will not have to fret about her "Game of Thrones" money and any other residuals tied to her movies and T.V. shows.
Turner and Jonas will also keep the properties they owned before their marriage, which means that the pair's "shared" homes in Los Angeles, Miami, and the U.K. will stay in the name of whoever possessed the house before they got married.
Sophie Turner And Joe Jonas Claimed Their Divorce Was A 'United Decision'
Following the shocking news of their divorce, Turner and Jonas both took to social media to release a statement where they described their decision to split as amicable.
It read, "Statement from the two of us: After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage. There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children."
This statement by the former couple now stands in contrast to what Turner revealed in her latest lawsuit filing on Thursday, where she alleged that she learned of their divorce "through the media."
According to Page Six, Turner stated that the end of her marriage of four years to Jonas "happened very suddenly." The actress also claims that she and the Jonas Brothers singer had an argument on his 34th birthday, August 15, before he filed for divorce on September 5.

"She has been shooting, which is why the kids have been with Joe. It's just been easier because she's been working for the kids to be with him because there's some more support at home and on the road with his family. It's something they both agreed was best," the insider disclosed.
