Halsey Flaunts New Romance Amid Custody Battle With Ex, Alev Aydin

Halsey is not so bad at love, after all!

Months after ending things with her ex, Alev Aydin, the "Without Me" songstress has found herself a new man and has no problem showing him off for the world to see.

Fans may recall that Halsey filed for physical custody of her son Ender, whom she welcomed with the film producer in July 2021.

The Grammy nominee packed on the PDA with actor Avan Jogia during a night out in Los Angeles. The pair looked flirty with each other, with the "Victorious" star unable to keep his hands off his woman per pictures obtained by Page Six.

Jogia and Halsey were seen holding hands as they shared a laugh before pausing in the middle of the street to share an intense kiss, unbothered by the crowd of people around them.

For the lovely date night, the "About Face" founder kept things casual and chic in a vintage Sepultura T-shirt tied up to flaunt her chiseled abs and low-waisted black flared jeans. Halsey rocked gold heels and hung a leather jacket over her shoulder to spice her look.

Rocking her signature pixie cut, the songstress opted for simple makeup with red glossy lips while keeping her jewelry to a minimum. Jogia, on the other hand, rocked a pair of blue jeans with artistic white paint streaked with a simple button-down shirt.

He complemented his artsy look with a pair of white leather Dr. Martens Chelsea boots and a long trench coat. The rumored lovebirds reportedly enjoyed a live performance at the Cara Hotel in Los Feliz before calling it a night.

Rumors of Halsey and Jogia being an item go as far back as June after they were photographed soaking up the sun on a beach in Barcelona, Spain. Over the weekend, they were also seen at the Silverlake Flea Market shopping for thrifted clothes.

The 28-year-old's loved-up appearance with the 31-year-old actor comes five months after Halsey and Aydin went their separate ways. Following the reported "amicable" split, the "Eastside" singer filed a petition asking for full physical custody of their son Ender Ridley Aydin, as seen in court documents obtained by The Blast.

The award-winning singer, whose real name is Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, filed the petition to determine the parental relationship with Aydin, given that they were not married when they welcomed the child. The filing is used to establish child suppo andas visitation and custody rights.

Despite seeking full custody, the mother-of-one wanted Aydin to be very involved in his son's life. Her lawyers requested for "reasonable visitation" to be given to him and "joint" legal custody of the child for both parents.

With joint legal custody of Ender, parents can equally participate in important decisions concerning their son's education, health, and religion. Halsey also filed the document to make it easy for her to travel with her little one without much trouble.

The singer, who opted for a power lawyer, also wants the court to order that both parties split the costs of establishing paternity for their attorney's fees. The former lovers met and became an item after Aydin was tasked to write a biopic about Halsey in which she would also star.

Sharing the news of them welcoming their first child in July 2021, Halsey shared her "surprise" baby bump on Instagram following a heartbreaking Instagram.

Shortly after filing for custody, Halsey made another significant move by putting up her grand Calabasas home for sale, where she and Aydin lived from time to time.

The five-bedroom property was listed for $11.95 million on Zillow and boasts eight bathrooms, a driveway that can hold four to five cars, a heated pool, and scenic views of the mountain and water with a private creek in the back.

It was eventually sold for $11.6 million to an anonymous buyer. Halsey purchased the tucked-away home for $10.1 million in 2021 from One Direction member Liam Payne, and hoped to make a small profit with the new price.

Amid the sale, Halsey reportedly bought a small, stunning bungalow in the Laurel Canyon neighborhood for $2.5 million. The 1929 cottage once belonged to Geoff Emerick, the famous sound engineer for The Beatles.
