Jamie Lynn Spears Shows Off Dance Moves Head Of 'DWTS' Debut

"Zoey 101" star Jamie Lynn Spears is hitting the dance floor for the upcoming season of "Dancing With the Stars".

Spears is best known for her role as Zoey Brooks on Nickelodeon's "Zoey 101" as well as for being the younger sister to pop icon, Britney Spears. has won several awards for her work, including a Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Award for Favorite TV Actress (2006). She also won the Teen Choice Award for Choice TV Actress: Comedy (2006) and the Young Artist Award for Best Leading Young Actress in a Comedy Series (2006).

The former child actress is partnered with pro Alan Bersten, and it seems the two are already getting along as they are taking on some iconic TikTok dances ahead of their "Dancing With the Stars" debut.

Bersten took to TikTok to share a video of him and his partner, Jamie Lynn Spears, attempting the iconic Laverne and Shriley dance.

"Look at us. We’re basically Laverne and Shirley 😂," Bersten captioned the video.

Fans immediately took to the comments section to share their thoughts, writing things such as "This is making my heart melt with joy! 😍" and "All I can do is smile and feel warm inside! 😘."

A third expressed how excited they were for this paring, commenting, "I am so excited for this duo!!" while one follower wrote, "The counting at the end while Alan is running off with her lol. Love them together!"

Others, however, are not okay with Spears joining "Dancing With the Stars" following the drama surrounding her sister, Britney Spears. "Nope can’t get behind this. After what this family did to Brittany? Riding her coat tails 😞" one wrote while another said "I feel so bad because so many love you but aren’t fans of her right now. Wish you got a partner people would vote for."

Another chimed in with, "It’s so sad her sister should’ve got this opportunity way before her#teambrittney💞." As one expressed, "alan...the dwts teams must not like you based on who you got teamed with... U were volunteered as tribute. ✌"

In another video, Bersten and Spears did a TikTok dance as they challenged pro Rylee Arnold and TikToker Harry Jowsey to a TikTok battle.

Once again, fans flooded the comments section, writing things such as "How does jamie have little to no rhythm when shes related to brit?" and "The way she’s giving us nothing."

Despite fans not loving Spears' TikTok dances, Jowsey, who is competing on this season of "Dancing With the Stars" accepted the challenge, writing, "You guys beat us this round, next round we got you."

Others, however, loved the video, as they wrote things such as, "Can't stop giggling at this one! 😆" and "SO excited to see y’all dance 🫶🏻🫶🏻".

Another commented, "I love how we support bullying by giving her more lime light."
