Robert Irwin & Girlfriend Rorie Buckey Flaunt Their Love On Instagram

Robert Irwin is head over heels for his girlfriend Rorie Buckey.

The teenage Australian, who only began the relationship a few months ago, confirmed his true feelings for Buckey by publicly expressing his love for her. He had done so in the comment section of a social media post that featured a cute video of him and his partner. 

Robert made a public declaration of his love for Buckey on Monday, even though they've only been dating for a few months. Buckey got the ball rolling when she posted a selfie video on Instagram showcasing her and her man in a tender moment during their holiday in New York City.

In the reel, the former "Crikey! It's the Roberts" star is seen smiling happily as he poses with his girlfriend against the backdrop of the stunning New York skyline. The 19-year-old beauty captioned the photo with "R&R take on NYC!!" and her beau wasted no time in responding with a heartfelt and enthusiastic "I love you!!!"

The comment, which came with a smiley face and red heart emoji, earned a similarly toned "I love You ?" response. The actor's mother. Terri, soon joined the chorus, claiming, "You two are so sweet."

That sentiment continued to be echoed by fans in the comments, with this person stating, "y'all have NO BUSINESS being so darn cute together!!" and this one declaring that they were "the cutest!!"

Yet another netizen penned, "Ahhh so adorable ?hope you guys are having the best time!" A fourth fan dubbed Robert and Buckey "the most gorgeous & sweetest couple ever," and a fifth revealed, "This makes me so happy for y'all ❤️."

The couple had previously made their red carpet debut as a couple at the Sydney premiere of "Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning Part One." Both 19 years old, the young couple exuded love and support, with Robert holding Buckey close and wrapping his arm around her waist as they posed happily for photographers. 

The "Wild but True" star looked dashing in an all-black suit, which perfectly complemented his date's stunning one-shoulder dress for the event. Prior to them going red carpet official, the television star took their relationship to the next level by flying interstate to spend the Easter break with Buckey's family. 

He had flown in from Queensland, where he works at the family-operated Australia Zoo, to spend time with her family. Upon disembarking from the plane, his lover rushed up to him, wrapping her arms around him in a lingering hug, and their affection for each other was evident. 

The lovebirds could not keep their hands off each other as they made their way to the street, where Buckey's parents, Kate and Nathan, were eagerly waiting in a parked car.

With a beaming smile, Robert pulled out his two suitcases while warmly greeting the older Buckeys, who greeted him with approving smiles. As they approached the car, her father stepped out to assist, helping load Robert's bags into the trunk.

Buckey made a stunning impression at the airport reunion, wearing a chic plunging white halterneck dress paired with delicate platform sandals. She carried a cross-body blue satchel bag and accessorized with a necklace, drop earrings, and a bangle featuring an 'R' pendant.

In May, The Blast reported that Robert showed off his zookeeping skills in a video that showed him looking at ease as he moved from one area of the Australia Zoo to the alligator sanctuary. He was eager to demonstrate how to feed the reptiles to his two-year-old niece, Grace, who was lovingly held in place by her mom, Bindi. 

In that heartwarming moment, the doting uncle entered the enclosure to hand-feed a thick, scaly reptile named Daisy. After Bindi explained that they were there to watch her brother and her husband, Chandler Powell feed the alligators," her daughter excitedly wiggled her fingers and counted aloud in anticipation. 

As Robert carried out the daunting task, he explained to viewers, "They're really sweet. My dad called them frogs with shark teeth because that's pretty much what they are."

After Daisy had finished her meal, Robert turned the camera back to Bindi and Grace, and he asked Grace what she thought. In an adorable response, the young child simply and eagerly said, "Love you, Daisy." 

This heartfelt moment resonated with those familiar with the work of Robert's late father, Steve Robert, and the comment section was filled with nostalgic reactions from them.
