Charlie Sheen's Daughter Sami Sheen Asks For Help To Quit Vaping Ahead Of Breast Augmentation Surgery

On Monday, the 19-year-old OnlyFans model said that she was going to try to stop vaping before her breast augmentation surgery in a newly posted TikTok video. She began the video by saying that she has “never spoken” about this topic on social media because she likes to keep her life “private.”

“Basically, I have been vaping for five years. I’ve been addicted to nicotine for five f—king years,” she said, before going on to explain that her voice sounds hoarse due to being sick, not from vaping. “I’ve tried quitting multiple times. It’s really f—ing hard.  I ordered this book called “How to Quit Vaping” by Allen Carr. Have I started reading it? No, because I don’t want to quit.”

She went on to say, “Like, realistically, I do want to quit because I know I’m going to be so much healthier and live longer because of it, but I just don’t want to deal with it. I’ve just been putting it off.”

However, she now has to be nicotine-free ahead of her breast augmentation surgery, which is scheduled in two months. “The time has come where I have absolutely no choice, and I have to quit. Soon,” she told her followers.

“I'm already getting anxiety, okay? I have not gone a single day in the past five years without this motherf—ker,” she said as she held up a silver vaping pen.

“I think me getting my boobs done is honestly gonna save my life, because it’s forcing me to quit this. So, at least we have that,” she admitted. “I’ve debated on postponing my surgery just because I’m too scared to f—ing quit nicotine.”

She then asked her followers for any tips on how to quit. She says that she is “terrified” of throwing up so she doesn’t want to try the gum. She said she tried the fidget toys, lifesavers, and lollipops, but none of those have worked for her.

Sami admitted that she didn’t want her video to “blow up” but requested that her followers give her tips on what helped them to quit. “Please don’t be mean #help, #quitting, #vaping, #fyp she wrote in the caption.

“You got this!!! Honestly, the thing that worked best for me was powering straight through with no gum/patches/meds. I tried everything too… You can do it!” another follower exclaimed. “I’m struggling with this as well. I was forced to quit when I went abroad and couldn’t get any and I feel so much better. “People will judge you no matter what. Just do what makes you happy. This brings awareness to many,” another follower wrote. “I have a friend who was able to quit smoking. He kept using the disposable vapes and when it started to run low, he would just continue using it. He said it was helpful to at least have the inhaling of the vape, like the use of it, if that makes sense!” another fan offered.

“I used the patch and nicotine gum and then switched to regular gum. Also, prayer and staying away from other smokers for a few weeks helped me,” another follower shared. “Detox the nicotine by sitting in a sauna. If it will come out in the sweat… and try sleep hypnosis to quit. It is amazing and relaxing,” another fan suggested. “Okay, that’s smart. Thank you,” Sami replied.
