Cardi B Scolds Offset for Reckless Driving While Announcing Billboard Milestone

Cardi B is ecstatic over becoming the first female rapper with two #1 song's on the Billboard Hot 100 ... but that won't stop her from critiquing Offset's skills on the road.

The pregnant hip-hop star was riding a passenger in the car with her fiancé when she broke the news that she hit the #1 slot for her song "I Like It" with Bad Bunny and J Balvin. She first made #1 last year with "Bodak Yellow."

Cardi is extremely excited, until she realizes Offset is driving way too fast and yells at him to "Be Careful!"

The Migos member was recently involved in a very bad car wreck in May and narrowly avoided serious injury. The momma-to-be won't let it go that Offset has been "Driving too fast," while he leans into the camera and screams in celebration.

Cardi says that the next exciting thing to come will be their baby girl. Might be a good idea to for the expecting parents to let SOMEONE ELSE drive home from the hospital when the baby arrives.
