Williams claims the person was recorded on his Ring camera, and shockingly made it clear he would return if he wasn't allowed inside.

"I paid for a flight back...I will be back and I won't be scared," the man said on the video.

As you can imagine, Tyler is "terrified and concerned" that the person will continue to stalk him and potentially cause him "physical harm." At this point, he says he hasn't returned to his home out of fear of this man.

"In his direct messages to me, he revealed a history of past trauma, social abandonment, and the need for medication. He seems unstable and is also delusional since he believes we have a relationship," Williams says.

He continued, "His messages and erratic behavior have placed me in fear for myself and have caused me to suffer substantial emotional distress. His conduct would "cause a reasonable person to suffer substantial emotional distress."

In the filing, Williams is asking for a judge to order this guy to stay 100 yards away from him and his home.  Smartly, the actor says he asked his security to other employees of the building to treat him kindly but make sure it is known that he doesn't want to communicate with him.

It should be noted, that it is hard to arrest a person accused of stalking a celebrity unless they break the law. In most cases, they file civil restraining orders that will notify police that the person is not supposed to be in the area. If they break the order, they can be arrested and charged with a crime.

The 'Abbott Elementary' star made headlines over the summer after reluctantly discussing his sexuality.

"Usually I wouldn’t address stuff like this, but I feel like it as a conversation is bigger than me. I’m not gay, but I think the culture of trying to ‘find’ some kind of hidden trait or behavior that a closed person ‘let slip’ is very dangerous,” Tyler wrote.

Adding, "Overanalyzing someone’s behavior in an attempt to ‘catch’ them directly contributes to the anxiety a lot of queer and queer-questioning people feel when they fear living in their truth. It makes the most pedestrian of conversations and interactions in spaces feel less safe for our gay brothers and sisters and those who may be questioning."
