'VPR' Star Tom Sandoval Shares Cute PDA Moment With Rumored Singer Girlfriend While On A Walk

"Vanderpump Rules" star Tom Sandoval has reignited romance rumors with singer Tii.

They were recently seen leaving a bar together, strolling with their hands intertwined. Later on, they were seen arriving together at Sandoval's house.

Sandoval was previously in a relationship with Ariana Madix but split with her after he was caught cheating with Rachel Leviss.

According to TMZ, Sandoval was caught leaving a bar in West Hollywood with singer Tii in the early hours of Monday morning.

The bar owner had on a fitted white polo and loose trousers, which he wore atop big-sized sneakers. He also wore a black baseball cap, which shielded his face.

Meanwhile, Tii wore a gold-colored gown that rode up her knees and hugged her body in the right places. The outfit, which came with tiny straps, also put the singer's cleavage on full display.

After leaving the bar hand in hand, Sandoval and Tii returned to his apartment for what appeared to be a sleepover.

According to reports, the pair were introduced through a mutual friend, Billie Lee, and it appears they have since developed a connection. However, Sandoval had previously refuted any romantic involvement with Tii, but recent photos of them spending time together seem to suggest otherwise.

Although it seems Sandoval has now moved on from his relationship with Madix, the two still live together in their $2 million Los Angeles home, which they purchased in 2019.

The home is a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom Mediterranean-style house with an outdoor pool and a waterfall.

A source said in March that "no plans have been made yet" for any of them to move out in the near future.

"Right now, Tom and Ariana are still living in the same home, but sleeping in separate rooms," the source said at the time, per People magazine. "There's a lot to figure out with their living situation, but no plans have been made yet."

The fact that the two still live together led to Madix receiving backlash from Bethenny Frankel on her Just B podcast late last month.

Former "Real Housewives of New York City" star Frankel had called the living arrangement awkward since the two had a nasty breakup following Sandoval's being caught cheating with fellow "Vanderpump Rules" sta Leviss.

Later on, Madix fired back that she wasn't going to make hasty decisions that might negatively impact her just because she was done with Sandoval.

"A lot of people on the internet seem to think I'm rolling in money right now. I have a lot of places where that money has to go before I get [it]," Madix said on the "Scheananigans with Scheana Shay" podcast.

She went on to explain that she keeps her distance from him and even keeps her door "locked just in case" to prevent Sandoval from wandering in without her permission.

"My room is kind of like my little apartment… I stay in my own little zone," the reality star said. "Yes, we're in the same house, but I don't have to think about [him.]"

After her breakup with Sandoval, Madix discovered love with 29-year-old personal trainer Daniel Wai. They initially crossed paths at a mutual friend's wedding in Mexico back in March, where they quickly connected and their relationship deepened.

At the time, a source close to the reality star revealed that the two were "enjoying themselves," and Madix was content with this new chapter in her life.

"Ariana's been telling people in her circle that she's falling in love with him," the insider told People. "It's happening faster than she thought, but he treats her well, they're having fun, and she's happy to be moving on to this next chapter with such an incredible guy."

Despite the challenges of a long-distance relationship, with Wai residing in New York and Madix in Los Angeles, the couple is determined not to let it hinder their love.

"They have a special bond," another source said. "Even though he lives in New York City, they've been able to make it work."
