Kim Zolciak And Kroy Biermann Are Together Again
The couple's rollercoaster love story has been nothing short of intriguing. Their journey began in 2010 when the reality TV star met the former NFL player at a charity event. They quickly fell in love, and in 2011, they tied the knot, solidifying their love in front of family, friends, and cameras for their show, "Don't Be Tardy."
However, their relationship faced its share of challenges. Just weeks ago, reports suggested that she had moved out of their Georgia home after Biermann filed for divorce for the second time amid their "serious financial" troubles, per the Daily Mail. Yet, their love story is seemingly far from over as she declared that they've "been working on their marriage" and "living as husband and wife."
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Zolciak shared a glimpse of her huge walk-in closet stocked with Christian Louboutin heels and several other designer shoes, noting that she was "living here, not going anywhere!" and that "the lies daily are too much."
According to the news outlet, a representative of hers claimed that reports she moved out were "not true."
Kroy Biermann And Kim Zolciak Were Headed For Divorce
The retired NFL linebacker recently filed for divorce from the reality TV star amid reported financial difficulties. His filing at the time seemed to point to the fact that they were indeed working on their relationship after they withdrew their initial filing for divorce in July.
A source told TMZ that the couple were always fighting because of their reported financial crisis, even though it didn't seem so from the outside. The insider noted that their fights made things between them "nasty," as they both blamed each other for their money issues.
"They've gotten ridiculously petty over who hasn't paid bills. They're counting down to pennies," a source told the news outlet.
Kroy Biermann Sought Primary Custody Of Their ChildrenÂ
Biermann, who shares four minor children with Zolciak, filed for primary custody and requested "exclusive" use of their $3 million Georgia mansion, per The Blast.
According to court documents, he noted their 12-year union was "irretrievably broken," demanding "exclusive, temporary, and permanent use and possession of the marital residence" in Alpharetta.
In his filing, Biermann asked for his "Don't Be Tardy" costar to also pay child support on a "temporary and permanent basis for the support of the minor children" and is "entitled to an award of reasonable and necessary attorneys' fees and expenses of litigation."
"Petitioner (Biermann) shows that Respondent (Zolciak) should be restrained and enjoined from coming about the marital residence after she vacates," court documents read.
Kroy Biermann Wants To Sell Their $ 3 Million Home
In a significant development that reflects the financial challenges the estranged couple are facing, Biermann filed a new petition seeking permission to sell their lavish $3 million Georgia home, per TMZ.
Legal documents obtained by the news outlet showed that Biermann noted that they've gotten into a "significant debt" over the years, claiming that selling the house will help afford them some breathing space as they grapple with their money issues. He also noted that he has been selling some of his high-end properties just to come up with mortgage payments and prevent a foreclosure auction.
Through his lawyer, Marlys A. Bergstrom, he said that although Zolciak caused their family the "financial devastation" they are currently in, he continues to make payment for the property, admitting that it has been nothing less of a herculean task for him.
Biermann went on to note that Zolciak sold some of her luxury goods, including her infamous wigs, "However, none of the funds garnered from the sale of these items have gone towards the mortgage or any other bills."
He stated that they were unable to make the mortgage payment for July and are being threatened by foreclosure again, which was why he wants the house sold as soon as possible.
