Jen Selter In Blue Swimsuit Reflects On 12 Years Of 'Non-Stop Hustle'

Model Jen Selter has been in the game for a long time... 12 years, in fact!

Even though the 30-year-old fitness trainer doesn't plan on slowing down any time soon, she is making sure that she is taking some time for self-care and slowing down, reminding her 14.4 million followers how important it is that they do the same!

In another recent Instagram post, Jen stood barefoot on the edge of the pool, showing off her glowing tan in a shiny blue swimsuit. She has her dark hair flowing over both shoulders in loose waves. She is holding the ends of her hair in her fingertips as she moves her hips back and forth in a video set to Earth, Wind & Fire’s hit song “September.”

“I can’t believe it’s been 12 years of nonstop hustle in the social media industry for me,” Jen wrote in the caption. “Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit ‘blah,’ and I’ve found myself in some kind of funk. Maybe it’s mercury, maybe it’s not—either way, over the past week, I’ve been learning to embrace slowing down and accepting change.”

“You could say I’ve shifted from being a bit of a workaholic to prioritizing moments just for myself (for the past few days.) It’s all part of this journey to discover what real balance means to me,” she continued. “I’m realizing that it’s absolutely okay to have slower months, days, and weeks. It’s a reminder that I don’t always need to be caught up in the constant busy cycle that I’m used to.”

“And let’s talk about self-awareness for a moment! As I take that step back and slow down, it’s like the fog clears and the path ahead becomes clearer,” she concluded. “So here’s to embracing the power of slowing down, accepting change, and gaining clarity that comes with it.” It goes without saying that fans not only loved her "beautiful" photo but her motivational message as well!

In another recent Instagram post, Jen put on a sizzling display as she showed off the skyline. She is posing on the white steps of a rooftop pool, giving fans more breathtaking landscape views of the city.

For this video, Jen is standing barefoot at the edge of the water, brushing her wavy dark hair behind her with both hands. She is wearing reflective sunglasses and a one-piece orange bathing suit.

Many fans, predictably, pulled out the fire emojis, although a few fans dropped some orange heart emojis in the comments to show their love for her one-piece orange swimsuit!

In another recent Instagram post, Jen shared a workout that featured the sun shining in through her floor-to-ceiling windows. She is wearing a tan workout set and grabbed one of her own resistance bands as she moved her body through a series of exercises designed to work her glutes and lower body.

She has her hair tied back behind her as she focuses on each movement while her dog, Gram, just sits on the yoga mat beside her and watches. Jen set the music in this video to Valentino Khan and Nitti Gritti’s “Your Body.”
