Kevin Dillon is in a battle with his ex-wife over claims the star is so rich that he should be paying for their daughter's private school, and she pulled the curtain back on his "Entourage" money to prove it.

According to documents filed by Jane Stuart, she's accusing Dillon of refusing to pay tuition for their 11-year-old daughter, Ava's, private school in Calabasas.

Stuart says that she has never received any money for tuition from Dillon, and that in the past his accountants paid the school directly in one lump sum. Now, she says Dillon is offering to pay for the tuition only if she agrees to "terminate spousal support immediately."

Previously, he had been ordered to pay over $3,000 per month in child support and $7,000 in spousal support.

The ex-wife of the "Entourage" star argues that the school has been instrumental in Ava's growth throughout her life, and was especially supportive during the "recent emotional turmoil arising from our divorce."

Stuart says she would pay the tuition if she had control of the community properties, but claims everything is in Dillon's name. So, to prove her point, she's listing all of Dillon's "Entourage" earnings.

She claims that after landing the role of Johnny Drama in 2004, Dillon was paid around $11 million for his 8 seasons worth of work on the HBO show. She also lists that he made an extra $2 million for the "Entourage" movie.

Stuart says Dillon made over $13 million on "Entourage" alone, and mixed with other gigs and appearances, earned over $16 million in total.

Along with his paychecks, Dillon's ex lists almost $5 million in real estate, cash assets worth almost $3 million and a retirement plan worth over $1 million. She puts his total net worth at over $9 million.

Basically, she's making it clear the actor's got a ton of dough and believes he should continue paying for their daughter's private school tuition.

Dillon and Stuart were married from 2006 -2017 and had an extremely bitter divorce. He has one other daughter from a previous relationship.

A decision has not yet been made by the judge, but they better act quick because Dillon's ex-wife says if tuition isn't paid to the private school by August, then their daughter will be automatically expelled.
