Casey Anthony's Dad Is Allegedly Dodging Creditors Over $1,000

Convicted murderer Casey Anthony’s dad is facing his own legal woes after allegedly ducking out on a Capital One credit card bill.

The father of the alleged murderous mom known as “America’s most-hated mom” was handed papers naming him in a lawsuit in Florida for failing to pay the credit card bill in question. George was served the legal docs with the specific amount of $961.07 to be paid ASAP.

Capital One wants their outstanding balance and costs. The legal docs claim, “Defendant has failed to pay for said benefit and Defendant has therefore been unjustly enriched,” claims Radar Online. This isn’t the best look for George, the last time he was in the news it was because his daughter was accusing him of murdering Caylee Anthony, meaning she is currently falsely imprisoned.

Those who followed the trial will remember that George nearly lost his home trying to keep his daughter out of jail.

George and his wife Cindy Anthony just escaped foreclosure on many occasions he didn’t make the payments on a six-figure loan for the house in question. The same where the alleged murder of their granddaughter took place.

At that time, George owed $19,898.75 on a $25,000 mortgage.  However, he believed that his daughter needed to be supported no matter what the circumstances were. Many people didn’t agree with that message.

Followers of the murder also thought that the couple’s support of their daughter was suspicious seeing as Caylee Anthony was last seen alive at her grandparent’s home. Since then Casey has further thrown her parents under suspicion when she appeared in a Peacock docuseries.

The no longer incarcerated Casey appeared in the doc titled, Casey Anthony: Where The Truth Lies, and alleged that her daughter was abused by George. Of course, he denied the allegations via a report in PEOPLE.

“He’s outraged and appalled,” a source claims. “It wasn't true in 2011, and it's not true now. He denies it all and will continue to deny it all until his final breath.” Casey has said in the past that her dad had something to do with the disappearance and murder of her daughter who was 6 at the time.

As the quote says, he denied those allegations back then and he still does to this day.

Casey was 22 when she was charged with the murder of her daughter. Jose Baez her lawyer accused George of hiding Caylee’s body after she drowned in the backyard pool. Caylee was missing for weeks, and Casey was out and about like everything was normal.

But it turns out she should have been mourning or at least in a worried state. A massive search was on for Caylee and Casey was acting like she had no clue she was a mother. Caylee was officially reported missing on July 15 well after Casey refused to reveal where her daughter was.

The last thing anyone in this family needs is to be in the media for anything negative.
