Former 'Home Improvement' Child Actor 'Tricks' Business Partner Into $100k Mess!

Zachery Ty Bryan of Home Improvement fame is all grown up and allegedly “tricking” his business partner out of a payday.

The actor is being sued to have his financial records reviewed after an ex-business partner claims that Bryan owes him nearly $109k. The suit claims the former child actor supposedly tricked his ex-partner out of a lot of money by “forging” a contract in a 2021 film called Warning.

Bryan was presented with “an enforcement of judgment” request on August 28 that was obtained by Radar Online. The letter is no joke, it reads:

“YOU ARE ORDERED TO APPEAR personally before this court, or before a referee appointed by the court, to furnish information to aid in enforcement of a money judgment against you.” He wants Bryan to show up to the scheduled court date on November 2 in Los Angeles.

During this court hearing, the investor is looking for Bryan to reveal his bank records and to find out the most efficient way for the money to be collected. Radar Onlinereported a little while back that Bryan and his production company, Lost Lane were asked to pay $108,940.57 after not responding to the initial paperwork. He was sued for fraud, misrepresentation, and breach of contract.

The lawsuit surrounded a movie that starred Thomas Jane, Patrick Schwarzenegger, and Alex Pettyfer. The investor claims he gave Bryan a $60k investment in the movie but is saying that the contract presents to him in 2019 is “fraudulent”.

The investor insists that the contract he was given was “doctored to mimic the original and legitimate Investor Agreement.”

The contract in question was called out for a few manipulations. “The legitimate Investor Agreement was electronically signed by WARNING.” The lawsuit continues. “The Fraudulent Investor Agreement was not actually signed by WARNING. WARNING's signature was forged in handwriting.”

But apparently, “Unbeknownst to Plaintiff, the legitimate Investor Agreement was never signed by Warning.” The money scandal is shedding a bad light on Bryan who is already looking like a little bit of an oddball after his last few appearances in the media.

A month ago he was arrested for domestic violence he was charged with fourth-degree assault, strangulation, and inference with making a report. Thankfully, for him, he was able to plead guilty to lesser charges misdemeanor menacing, and misdemeanor assault.

Back in 2020 after leaving his wife he brutally assaulted his girlfriend. He allegedly woke her up in the middle of the night, dragged her out of bed by her hair and began assaulting her. It was said they eventually made it to the stairs where the assault continued, while he shouted about phone chargers.

He was allegedly punching and slapping her in her head and face several times and put his knee in the back of her neck. He also supposedly choked his girlfriend to the point where she felt like she was going to die.

Yeah, Bryan can’t afford another bad incident.
