Abby De La Rosa Admits There Are 'Challenges' Working With Baby Daddy Nick Cannon

Abby De La Rosa is expressing how it feels being Nick Cannon's baby mama and work partner.

The DJ and radio personality happily shares twin sons, Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir, with the TV host and even welcomed her third child, Beautiful Zeppelin, with Cannon in November 2022. 

De La Rosa and Cannon, who engage in the same line of work, first met while the radio personality worked in one of L.A.'s hottest hip-hop stations. Fortunately for the pair, they had an undeniable connection and are currently raising their kids together. 

The radio personality, reflecting on her journey as a career woman and a mom of three, praised herself for doing an outstanding job while noting how she balances her personal and work life with Cannon.

She took to her Instagram Story to express her exciting feelings to her fans, alongside posting a closeup selfie of herself. De La Rosa looked stunning, wearing a leopard-print cowl-neckline gown with a side slit. She accessorized her attire, wearing a gold necklace and silver bracelet.

For her hairstyle, the model and voiceover artist rocked a snazzy black pixie cut and wore nude-toned makeup. Elevating her looks, she wore fancy sunglasses.

Adding a caption over the photo, the model penned, ''I really am so proud of myself! I'm really a phenomenal mom of 3 kids 2 & under with a full time job that gets me up at the crack of dawn 5 days out of the week!"

She continued, ''Work with my childrens father which has its challenges in itself all while maintains the most healthiest relationship as possible. I work out, keep myself together, keep myself spiritually aligned [sic].''

Concluding her post, the radio DJ wrote, ''Never complain, and manage my entire household, all while trying to fulfill and walk in my purpose and be thee most present mommy for my kids ?‍???."

From De La Rosa's confession, she and Cannon seem to be doing a great job being co-parents and co-workers. It is no news that the radio personality joined her baby daddy on his show, "The Daily Cannon Show" as a co-host.

As for why the "Wild N' Out" star chose to mix business with pleasure, Cannon got candid about his relationship with the talented DJ during an appearance on 'Howard Stern's eponymous radio show. Answering the radio veteran's question about whether other women in his life got jealous or upset about his partnership with De La Rosa, Cannon calmly explained why the voiceover artist was the right fit.

He remarked, ''I don't know, I haven't started the show yet… but you know what? I think–I think everybody has their own thing. I mean, the beautiful thing about Abby is I met her in the radio space.''

The ''Gigolo'' rapper continued by recalling his first encounter with the DJ, saying, ''She was working at iHeart out here in LA, and she was just–I had never seen a radio personality and an actual DJ, and she had her show, and I was like 'whoa she's so dope.'''

He further confessed that he fell in love with De La Rosa's energy and wanted her on ''The Daily Cannon.'' Cannon stated, ''When I started my new show, I was like the only DJ I want is one of the mothers of my children.''

Explaining his feelings for the radio personality when Stern inquired whether he loved her, he clarified, ''Of course, I would say I'm in love with energy; that's what I'm in love with. Like I love her energy.''

While the TV host fathers twelve children from six different women, including De La Rosa, he seems to favor the mother-of-three the most. He recently professed his affection for the mom of three by sweeping her off her feet with a dramatic gesture.

The "Masked Singer" host surprised the celebrated DJ by gifting her 3000 roses during an episode of his show. He captured the beautiful moment and posted the clip on his Instagram page.

The video opened with only Cannon and co-host Mason Moussette in the studio. However, what captivated fans was how the studio was a sea of red roses; every corner space was decked with gorgeous flowers. Not long after, a shocked De La Rosa walked into the studio to meet the mesmerizing scene.

 She stopped in the doorway, with her jaws dropped, screaming and saying, ''What the heck? You're joking right now.'' A pleased Cannon, on the other hand, remarked, ''A Happy De La Rosa,'' while his baby mama walked up to him and sweetly kissed him.

The clip transitioned to reveal the thrilled radio personality, detailing how she felt with tears in her eyes. De La Rosa admitted, ''I'm so emotional right now. Coming into roses is insane. I'm just so grateful.''
