Kim Cattrall is aging like fine wine and her fans are loving every bit of it!
The actress, known for her iconic roles and timeless beauty, has reached the milestone of 67 years and is still serving looks and elegance. Apart from her birthday, the TV star has something else to commemorate -- her comeback as Samantha Jones in a short appearance for the second season of the "Sex and the City" sequel.
Kim Cattrall Reigns Supreme On Her 67th Birthday
The "Family" guest star grandly marked her birthday on Monday. She took to Instagram to share a two-sided snapshot where she sat regally on a throne on the left and happily held up two brownies with candles on the right.
In both images, accompanied by The Beatles' tune "Birthday" playing in the background, the five-time Primetime Emmy Award nominee sported a black and white striped top over white pants.
Excited for the blonde beauty, her fans took to the comments to wish her well. "My beautiful girl, happy birthday, be happy always, I love youuu ๐ฅณ๐๐ฅฐโค," a supporter wrote.
At the same time, a second referred to her character's name in "Sex and the City," stating, "My Samantha, I love you ....beautiful ..... Kim...." Others wished her more birthdays filled with "good health and happiness."
She initially uploaded the same picture of herself sitting on a throne, with the caption, "Imagine where you will be and it will be so.. โค๏ธ๐" The "Wild Honey" actress received more affectionate comments from devotees who called her "majestic" and "gorgeous."
One admirer expressed, "Happy Birthday to the most beautiful and most fabulous!". Meanwhile, another referred to her as one of their "favorite actresses," adding, "you are an amazing, inspiring, beautiful woman who truly deserves all the best in life! ๐๐ป๐นโค.โ
Looking forward to a new age might have inspired the celebrity to challenge societal conventions. Back in June, she openly discussed love and romance during a live session of the New York Times' Modern Love podcast at the Tribeca Film Festival.
Sharing insights into her romantic journey during her early 40s, the "Mannequin" actress remarked: "I had sort of a late-blooming sexuality. So for me, at that period of time, I was in a relationship where experimentation was readily available, and it was fun."
Delving into the changing dynamics of intimacy and sexuality with age, Cattrall emphasized the importance of both men and women recognizing their desires and effectively communicating their needs confidently.
In her words, "Sexuality is not just about having babies, not just about getting off; it's expressing something in a very intimate way." The "How I Met Your Father" star also highlighted the value of embracing vulnerability and putting effort into building a profound bond with her partner.

She elaborated, "And you meet this person, and the work is just begun, but it's not a negative kind of work. This is good work. This is meaningful for your life." According to her, romance encompasses more than just physical aspects; it requires continuous endeavor, discovery, and a readiness to challenge limits and open oneself up.

In case you missed it, Cattrall and her co-star, Sarah Jessica Parker, had a falling out before the Michael Patrick King series. At one point, the "Filthy Rich" actress firmly stated that she would not collaborate with her former SATC colleagues.
However, The Blast reported a shift in ideas as the second season unfolds. During an appearance on "The View" to discuss her new Netflix series, host Alyssa Farah Griffin seized the opportunity to inquire about any insights Cattrall could provide regarding her impending cameo.
The Golden Globe winner disclosed, "Well, it is exciting to get a call from the head of HBOโฆ saying, 'What can we do?'" adding playfully, "I went, 'Hmmm, Let me get creative."
The "Rosebud" actress shared one of her conditions for the team, "One of those things was to get Pat Field back. Because I just thought, you know, if I'm gonna come back, I gotta come back in that Samantha style; I gotta push it. And we did."
Patricia Field, renowned for her work as the iconic costume designer throughout the six seasons of SATC, played an integral role in creating the show's legendary wardrobe.
