Britney Spears’ Manager, Lawyer Reportedly ‘In Charge Of Her Care’ Amid Divorce

In addition to her famous friends, Britney Spears is also being cared for by her manager amid her divorce from Sam Asghari.

On August 16, the 29-year-old actor filed for divorce from the 41-year-old pop star citing “irreconcilable differences” as reason for the split. In the divorce filing, he listed July 28, 2023, as the date of separation, hinting that the divorce had been coming for a while.

Although Britney is still estranged from her family members, it seems that her lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, and her manager, Cade Hudson, are tending to her care amid the divorce.

Given the pop star’s difficult relationship with her family, many have been worried about the pop star’s support system. On Monday, a source told TMZ that her lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, and her manager, Cade Hudson, are in charge of her well-being now, assisting her with getting to appointments, staying fed, and managing career opportunities.

Sources told the outlet that her lawyer is not worried about Britney’s mental state, noting that there have been no plans to change her medical care or the frequency of her therapy appointments. The outlet noted that Britney’s brother Bryan has been trying to assist the pop star amid her divorce, but described her behavior as "volatile."

This is not the first time that Britney’s behavior has been described as concerning. On Saturday, a source told The Sun that the pop star has been known to “rant and shout at staff while making ridiculous demands,” adding, “Her behavior has become concerning and everyone is worried about her.”

“She has been acting increasingly erratic and is in a vulnerable state. Sam was bearing the brunt and it proved too much,” the insider claimed, adding that her behavior has “plunged to a new low” and “is sad to see.”

On Sunday afternoon, the "Hold Me Closer" singer shared a video of her at a divorce party wearing a short green dress and white boots. In the Instagram video, a man kneels down and licks the side of her leg before the video cuts to her being held up by several shirtless men beside a pool, including her manager, Cade Hudson.

"When you go to meet up with a so called ‘friend’ and drive an hour for chicken !!! Then you have to wait in the car and need to use the bathroom ... I knew paps were tipped off because the car I was in was never used before … so how I was I followed ???" she wrote in the caption. "Malibu Canyon Road is the most horrible road ever to drive on ... so what does a b*tch like me do !!??! I put my green dress on and show up at my friends !!! I invited my fav boys over and PLAYED ALL NIGHT !!!"

Britney had broken her silence on the divorce only a few days before, writing, "As everyone knows, Hesam and I are no longer together … 6 years is a long time to be with someone so, I’m a little shocked but … I’m not here to explain why because its honestly nobody’s business !!! But, I couldn’t take the pain anymore honestly !!! In some sort of telepathic way I have been receiving so many messages that melt my heart from friends and I thank you !!!"

"I’ve been playing it strong for way too long and my Instagram may seem perfect but it’s far from reality and I think we all know that !!! I would love to show my emotions and tears on how I really feel but some reason I’ve always had to hide my weaknesses !!!" she added. "If I wasn’t my dad’s strong soldier, I would be sent away to places to get fixed by doctors !!! But that’s when I needed family the most !!!"
