Blac Chyna, who recently made a transition back to her real name Angela White, is taking her fitness to the next level and is bringing fans along for the ride.
After making moves to reverse many of her cosmetics procedures, which definitely gave her a new, entertaining look, the TV star is seemingly turning a new leaf where her health is concerned.
Over the past few months, the model has shown staggering results in her new wellness journey. She recently showcased her impressive physique as she endured a strenuous full-body workout routine.
Blac Chyna Flaunts Her Ripped Body In Intense Workout Video
The 35-year-old lit up her Instagram feed with a post from the gym that showed her lifting some weights to build strength in her arms and legs. She took on this challenging exercise and highlighted her toned build in a grey sports bra and black boxer shorts with a black silk bonnet.
The clip, accompanied by a motivational voiceover, starts with White balanced on a training tool and lifting it back and forth with her legs. Later, she is seen doing stretches as she hangs her legs in the air and raises her body from the ground to touch them.
Before the video ends, the former OnlyFans model drills her arms with an orange dumbbell while using her legs to push an exercise kit up and down. She captioned her post:
"Mind, Body, and Soul all combined there's endless possibilities. Be safe God bless you all. @heartspurefitness."
Many of her 17.3 million followers were astounded by the post, and they took to the comments section in droves to applaud her fitness journey and good-looking physique.

Back in July, White — who shares daughter Dream, 6, and son King, 10, with Rob Kardashian and Tyga, respectively — shared across social media that she had been ten months sober and was healing her "mind, body, and soul."
The "Rob & Chyna" alum marked the significant milestone with a video post of herself rocking a new hairstyle and smiling. In the post's caption, she wrote, "Happy 10 months sober, clean eating, working out, staying in the word(bible), healing my mind, body, and soul. My Inner light."

Another fan noted, "I am so happy for you. Don't you dare let anyone hold you hostage based on your past. And show up everyday as Angela or Blac Chyna..because both are 1 in the same…a strong, resilient, beautiful, savvy, smart & bad a** boss. Sending you all the love."
Blac Chyna Talks Decision To Revamp Her Life And Physical Appearance
Although she got into the limelight as an exotic dancer and video vixen, "The Real Blac Chyna" star revealed earlier this year that she was on a spiritual and physical journey to better her life. This includes the removal of her breast implants, having a butt reduction, and dissolving her facial fillers.
In an exclusive interview with ET, she addressed the decision to change her entire life, saying, "You have to think about it like this… I could look at you and make any assumption right until you start speaking to me. So my thing is before you even start talking to me or give me a chance I want you to see, 'OK this is a well-rounded woman.'"
The "Monster" music video vixen explained that her fake derrière and plastic bosom placed her in "this category when that's really not who I am internally." Talking about why she initially underwent the procedures alongside getting multiple tattoos and piercings, the mother-of-two confessed that it "was always something to set a trend" for her.
"Even from my cheek piercings that I had, all the girls went and got that. I used to have the super low bangs, all the girls loved that. The tattoos and this and that and it's like one of those things to where it's like, 'Hey, look at me.' Once you get to that 'Hey look at me' point it's like, 'What then?,'" she explained.
During the conversation, she shared that she is actively working on eliminating one particular ink, saying, "It's just one specific tattoo that I wanted to remove. I'm getting it removed and I will tell you this, it stings very, very, very bad, but it's fast. It was definitely something personal. I felt as though it was attracting the wrong energy."
