Miley Cyrus' Mom Tish Gets Hitched To 'Prison Break' Star Dominic Purcell In A Stunning Malibu Wedding

Singer and actress Miley Cyrus's mother, Tish Cyrus, married her partner, Dominic Purcell, at an intimate Malibu wedding on Saturday. The mother of five looked gorgeous in a strapless, floor-length wedding dress while her beau, Purcell, had on a plain white long-sleeve shirt.

Tish and Purcell revealed their engagement in May with stunning photos showing their engagement rings. News of their relationship came shortly after it was revealed that she would be getting a divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus, whom she was married to for 28 years.

Tish Cyrus and her partner, "Prison Break" star Dominic Purcell, just got hitched at an intimate wedding in Malibu, California. 

In aerial shots from the ceremony (via Daily Mail), Tish looked radiant in a beautiful strapless floor-length wedding dress. In the traditional manner, she also had her veil clipped to the back of her hair, with the blonde locks falling past her shoulders.

On the other hand, her husband, Purcell, looked handsome in a simple white long-sleeve shirt. The actor had his sleeves rolled up to his elbows and a couple of buttons on his shirt undone, revealing his white tank top and chest underneath.

Also gracing the ceremony was Tish's daughter, Miley, who reportedly served as her maid of honor. The singer, 30, wore a blue gown, along with the rest of the bridesmaids. Purcell's Groom's men rocked similar plain white long-sleeve shirts as him.

Tish's other children, Brandi Cyrus, 36, and Trace Cyrus, 34, were also spotted at the nuptials of their mom. Guests sat poolside during the ceremony, which took place at a grand Malibu mansion adorned with white rose petals. 

In May, Tish took to her Instagram page to announce that she had gotten engaged to Purcell. The manager and producer shared several photos showing off the precious bling, a square-cut diamond, on her finger.

Tish and Purcell looked loved up in the pictures as the actor held her close to his chest while planting a kiss on her cheek.

Captioning the sweet photos, Tish wrote, "A thousand times… YES, @dominicpurcell."

Tish and her husband, Purcell, first sparked relationship rumors when the blonde bombshell left a series of heart emojis on the actor's Instagram post, followed by a cute message that read "Hi Babe."

According to a source who spoke with US Weekly in February, Tish is head over heels in love with Purcell and believes he is her "soulmate." 

The insider added, "Tish wanted to keep their romance under wraps for a little while until she was sure he was The One. However, that didn't take long, and they've been inseparable since. She sees a future with him and feels so blessed they found each other."

Billy Ray, 61, and Tish had a rough marriage spanning nearly three decades. The pair got hitched in 1993 but had a rocky relationship that resulted in two failed attempts at divorce before they finally ended things in 2022.

Tish started the divorce proceedings, citing "irreconcilable differences." In the legal documents, per Us Weekly, she mentioned that she and Billy Ray had not "cohabited as man and wife for a continuous period of more than two years." 

Before their final divorce was granted, Billy Ray filed for divorce in 2010 but withdrew the petition in 2011. Tish then filed for divorce in 2013, but they reconciled one month later and revealed they were undergoing couple's therapy to fix things.

The "Achy Breaky Heart" singer and Tish have five children together; Miley, Brandi, Trace, Braison, and Noah.

As Tish moves on with her husband, Billy Ray has also begun a new chapter with his fiancée, Firerose. According to a source from People magazine, "They've been dating for a little while and grew close while working on music together. It is what it is. He and Tish were over before he started dating her."

In November 2022, the duo subtly announced their engagement with a cute Instagram post flaunting Firerose's stunning engagement ring. 

In an interview, Firerose opened up about Billy Ray's proposal, saying he looked at her and asked, "Do you, do you wanna marry me?' And I was just like, 'Of course I do. I love you.'" Billy replied by saying, "I love you. I want to make this official. I wanna be with you forever."
