Britney Spears 'Hides' Stripper Pole Dancing Video Amid 'Toxic' Sam Asghari Divorce

It looks like Britney Spears decided to remove a video that featured her dancing on a stripper pole ahead of her divorce from Sam Asghari... or did she?

The 41-year-old pop star has been known for posting photos and videos and then quickly deleting them hours or even days later, but the video, which was posted on Sunday, was left up for a few days before she decided to take it down sometime on Thursday, the day after the Iranian actor filed for divorce following their fourteen-month marriage.

Multiple outlets were quick to report that the "Mind Your Business" singer had deleted the video; however, the video is still up!

Some fans might be relieved to know that they can still watch the “Toxic” singer practice her new moves on her bright pink stripper pole! On Sunday, the “Hold Me Closer” singer donned an animal-print bikini and showed off her “wild” side on her brand new X-Pole in a video set to Nine Inch Nails’ hit song, “Closer.”

“Got this pole two days ago and last night was my first time on it !!! ?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️???” she wrote in the caption along with several colorful emojis. Although the post no longer appears on her main page, it still appears on the "Reels" tab on her account. It is unclear why she decided to take the video off her main page, but it looks like this video was too important for her to delete entirely!

Unfortunately, fans are more concerned for the pop star than ever, especially as reports come in that Britney has no support system amid her divorce. On Thursday, a source told TMZ that the pop star is still estranged from her mother, Lynne Spears, and her sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, although the two had seemingly reconciled earlier this year. "She has one confidant, [her manager] Cade [Hudson]. Then there's her security team, and after that, her support system falls off a cliff,” one source told the outlet, noting that Britney’s family is worried about her.

On Thursday, an insider told People magazine that their relationship has “been very toxic” for “a long time.” They went on to say that a divorce would be “devastating” for the pop star, but on August 16, Sam had already filed, citing “irreconcilable differences” as a reason for the split. "Their marriage has been on the rocks for months," an insider claimed. "There has been constant drama. It's sad.” Sam listed July 28, 2023, as the date of separation and is requesting that the pop star provide spousal support and cover attorney fees.

The two met while filming her “Slumber Party” music video in 2016. At the time, Britney was still in her conservatorship, which lasted from February 2008 to November 2021. A source told the magazine that Sam was a “rock” for her during that difficult time of her life, adding, “She leans on him for everything. He works and has his own life too, but is around as much as he can.”

Following the end of her conservatorship, the former personal trainer told the magazine, "I have always wanted nothing but the best for my better half, and will continue to support her in following her dreams and creating the future she wants and deserves.”

“I am thankful for all of the love and support she is receiving from her fans all over the world, and I am looking forward to a normal, amazing future together,” he added, although it appears that their relationship was cut short over allegations of infidelity.

A source told ET on Wednesday night that Britney is “adamant she didn’t cheat,” adding, “The two haven’t gotten along for a while and it finally came to an end after a major blowup.” They went on to say that Britney "has been denying any cheating allegations and going through a lot of emotions,” adding, “She is hurt because the situation brings up old feelings for her."
