Iggy Pop has had a busy few months of real estate moves.

On June 18, the “Godfather of Punk” and his third wife, Nina Alu, sold off their 3-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 5,356 sq. ft. home in Palmetto Bay, Florida for $1,225,000. The home was bought by Iggy in 2006 for $1,460,000, so he took a loss of about $235k on the sale.

The home sits on over an acre of land and features a private tennis court, waterfall, aviary, library with built-in wood shelves, wood wine cellar, sparkling pool and spa, BBQ and wine cooler.

The following month, Iggy then transferred his $4 million Florida mansion from his trust to him and his wife individually. The singer then transferred the deed from him to his wife Nina, for her to own solely.

In the documents, Iggy did not give a reason for his decision to hand over the home to his wife.

The singer bought the 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 5,252 sq. ft. Miami mansion for $4,100,000 in 2016.

The property is located in the exclusive Coconut Grove gated community and features a library/den, 20 ft. ceilings in the entryway, black limestone floors and a huge outside entertainment pavilion with separate BBQ area overlooking a pool and a canal.

Iggy Pop and Nina Alu married in 2008 and have no kids. He has a son from a previous relationship.
