Althoff interviewed Drake on the July 20 episode of her "Really Good Podcast" and despite it bringing tons of attention to her as a new podcast host, the interview has vanished into thin air without a trace. It's been deleted from her TikTok, Instagram and even her podcast site as if we're all living a collective Mandala Effect. BUT...there are still two short clips from the interview on her YouTube page. Hmmm...

It's also been reported that the two, who were following each other on Instagram (that's how the interview came to be) are no longer social media pals and have unfollowed each other.

All of this craziness happened just one day after Althoff shared a video on Instagram and TikTok of her not enjoying herself at one of Drake's shows. And when we say not enjoying herself, she was being her on camera self. If you've ever watched any of her interviews, you know exactly what we're talking about.

The video is captioned, "Really in my element here @ this guys concert," and many have taken to the comments to discuss the missing interview. Some think she's an "industry plant" and others feel this is just a publicity stunt of some sort.

One person explained the "industry plant" thought. "For everyone wondering why there are so many comments about her being an industry plant: it’s because she all of a sudden out of nowhere started linking up with celebrities and then suddenly with Drake and then Lil Yatchy and even Mark Cuban. And recently Tyga. I’m sorry but no regular podcaster is able to pull all these celebrities on a podcast within the span of a month and a half. That’s why so many people are saying industry plant. There’s more to it, but this is just a general summarization."

Another person thinks the concert video could have something to do with the sudden friendship end. "She really fumbled Drake’s friendship. He invited her to his concert and then she posts this?? Acting bored and uncomfortable at his concert. That’s why he unfollowed you, is disrespectful. The “awkward white girl” role isn’t funny, it’s cringe, stop it."

Another fan thought maybe Drake was hitting on her and by her denying him (because she's a married mom of two) the friendship ended. "He was in bed with her trying to rizz her up the ENTIRE time. I knew he’d try to hook up eventually, and especially when I saw him sliding up in her DMs like and giving her all-access tickets. He tried a textbook move on a married woman with young children wishing she was home, caring more about a 5 minute dopamine rush than tearing up a close relationship with the father of her kids, which makes him look so arrogant and disgusting."

So far, neither Althoff nor Drake have addressed the missing interview publicly.

Althoff, who only started her podcast a few months ago, had the idea to interview celebrities but was having trouble booking any.

"When I started my podcast in April, I wanted to do interviews with celebrities, but I didn’t know how I was going to get there. It was really hard to get guests, so I made a video on TikTok saying that I would give $300 to any person who successfully connected me to a celebrity for a podcast,” she told Cosmopolitan.

"Rick Glassman, the comedian, was the first person I was able to interview because somebody tagged him, and he was like, ‘Okay, I’ll do it.’ So I sent her $300 and did the episode with Rick Glassman."

She then got a comment on one of her TikTok videos asking if she's ever heard of comedian Funny Marco. She took a screenshot of the comment and shared it on her Instagram Stories tagging him saying, "Marco, if you want to make this girl $300, DM me."  And he did just that.

"He had over 4 million followers at the time, and I only had 500,000. I was like, ‘He’s not going to see this.’ But he replied, like, a second later,” she said. “So I sent the girl $300 and he came on the podcast. Our video together got so many views, and Drake liked it. Then he followed me."

Since interviewing Drake, she's done interviews with Mark Cuban and Tyga, and Lil Yachty.

And now just weeks after her Drake interview was shared all over the internet, it's like it never happened and we all want to know why!
