Simon Cowell is causing concern among fans after sharing a video on his Instagram page.
The 63-year-old music mogul appeared slightly different in the video, where he celebrated One Direction's achievement of reaching one billion streams on Spotify.
Despite previously denying a facelift, Cowell has openly expressed regret over excessive botox use.
Fans flooded the comments with remarks about his changed look, with one asking, "What on earth happened to your face?"
Others made fun of the "Hopeful" hitmaker writing, "The Botox is wearing off Simon." Another fan mentioned how he looked better before any cosmetic procedures.
A third person commented, "How many people actually think he’s not overdoing the Botox," along with a laughing emoji.
However, one fan defended Cowell, writing, "You know he's over 60 years old. It's normal to look like that at that age. Simon is just old, why hate on him?"
Simon Cowell Jokes About His Changing Appearance
According to Daily Mail, in May, Simon showed his willingness to playfully address his evolving appearance on "Britain's Got Talent." During a live show, he humorously commented on his changing face, embracing the speculation.
"BGT" judge Amanda Holden made a joke about fellow judge Bruno Tonioli's face being accurately depicted using Rubik's Cubes. Baffled by the accuracy, Cowell asked the artist, "How the hell do you do that?" to which the artist responded, "Practice...turns out you have a really difficult face to make out of Rubik's Cubes." This joke led Cowell to quip, "I'll change my face...again."
Despite the humor, Cowell has been candid about his cosmetic procedures. In an interview with The Mirror, the former X-factor judge clarified that while he's had minor treatments like Botox, he hasn't undergone a facelift. "I've had a bit of Botox or whatever, but nothing drastic," Cowell explained. "So when I hear about this stuff, honestly it does make me laugh."
Simon Cowell Reveals His Son's Reaction To His Face
However, Cowell recently admitted to taking his fondness for Botox to extreme lengths, resulting in a look that resembled something from a horror show.
He shared with The Sun that he decided to halt treatments when his son Eric, eight, found his appearance comically terrifying. He disclosed that he no longer uses facial fillers due to this experience.
Cowell's transformation became noticeable around the 11th season of "America's Got Talent" in 2016. He attributed the change to the trend of excessive cosmetic procedures, stating, "There was a phase where everyone was having their faces pumped full of this and the other."
He acknowledged that he may have pushed boundaries in his quest for youthfulness. Seeing a pre-treatment picture recently, he revealed that he "didn't recognize it as me first of all."

Earlier this week, Cowell's entertainment firm, Syco Entertainment, announced its partnership with Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) to launch Syco Publishing. This venture aims to discover and nurture songwriters and their catalogs, exclusively managed through UMPG.
The collaboration intends to provide novel opportunities for writers across Cowell's media projects. The initiative is driven by the belief in the power of exceptional songs.
Cowell expressed his excitement about building a music publishing company in collaboration with Universal, stating, "There is nothing more important than a great song. I started my career in music publishing. Mike [McCormack] and Universal have given me the chance to build a music publishing company. They are a brilliant company and share my wish to work with amazing songwriters."
