Rebel Wilson Suffered A Stunt Mishap That Left Her Bloodied: 'Three Stitches And In Hospital'

Popular actress Rebel Wilson was rushed to the hospital after a stunt took an unexpected turn, leaving her bloodied and shaken. The incident occurred during the filming of an upcoming film, "Bride Hard," where Wilson was performing her stunts.

The actress took to Instagram to share a selfie of her injured face with fans, noting the movie didn't end the way she wanted. It comes after Wilson shared that she'll be looking to add another child to her family.

The mishap took place during the filming of her upcoming feature film, where Wilson was bravely attempting to perform her own stunts, showcasing her dedication to the craft and passion for her role. As fate would have it, an unforeseen twist led to a slip, resulting in her sustaining some superficial injuries.

Wilson took to her Instagram account to share details of the "stunt accident," revealing that she needed three stitches.

"NOT the way I wanted to end this movie," she wrote in the caption of the selfie showing injuries sustained on her face. "Three stitches and in hospital last night after a stunt accident at 4 am," she added with a crying emoji.

While recovering from her stunt mishap, Wilson recently shared a heartwarming revelation that has fans buzzing with excitement. The actress, known for her infectious charisma, revealed that she is seriously contemplating expanding her family and welcoming another child into her life.

In an interview with E! News, the "Pitch Perfect" alum spoke candidly about her desire to become a mother once again, expressing her genuine longing for parenthood while divulging her thoughts about undergoing IVF treatments.

"I would like to have another child," she stated with a beaming smile. "It's just like, well, is that possible? I have to do IVF. We'll see how it goes." She added, "Royce is such a miracle. And if she's my only child, then amazing." 

Wilson shares her 9-month-old daughter, Royce, with her fiancée Ramona Agruma. The couple welcomed Royce via surrogacy in 2022, and Wilson revealed that the inspiration behind the name was that she wanted an "original name" that starts with "R." 

The actress proposed to Agruma during a trip to Disneyland last February. "We said YES!" the actress wrote. "Thank you @tiffanyandco for the stunning ring and to [Disney CEO] Bob Iger and the incredible team at Disneyland @disneyweddings for pulling off this magical surprise!"

Also, During her E! News interview, Wilson granted fans a delightful sneak peek into her daughter's life and activities, offering a glimpse into their cherished moments together. The actress shared some heartwarming anecdotes about her mother-daughter adventures, noting that Royce naturally picked up swimming, just like her.

"I love how much she loves swimming," the "Senior Year" actress shared of her 9-month-old daughter. "Because I'm like that. I'm a Pisces."

"We take her swimming every day. We got her a little baby pool and we fill that up or we take her in the big pool. And she's really loving it," she added.

Wilson went on to divulge that Royce has suffered her first "little mosquito bite" and that she's already a "top-notch" traveler, having visited Dubai, Aspen, and the Caribbean.

She also noted that, at first, she thought her mode of parenting would be strict and firm, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

"I thought I was going to be a strict parent. And everyone's like, 'No, no,' I'm, like, so soft. Because I just melt every time I'm with her," Wilson added. "I just love her so much, and she's such a little angel."

During a recent conversation with KIIS FM's Kyle and Jackie O, Wilson opened up about her sexuality, sharing her journey of self-discovery. According to the Daily Mail, the actress revealed that she has always been aware that she wasn't "100 percent straight," recognizing her attraction to women.

However, she also expressed that her feelings towards women were more emotional rather than solely physical and that she didn't know how to "categorize" her sexuality at the time.

"I just knew I wasn't 100 percent straight, but I didn't know how to categorize it," she said. "For me, the attraction to women came as an emotional thing rather than a physical thing. So [it came] when I got to know someone."
