The property, listed by eminent property advisor Kamil Magomedov, is drawing in affluent buyers from the U.S., Russia, Europe, and China. At the stunning price tag of $137 million, it will be the most expensive apartment sold in UAE's history.
The penthouse is the latest property developed by Nakheel and is 22,000 square feet. The apartment sits at the top of the tallest building in Dubia on a prime plot of the Palm Jumeirah offering stunning 360-degree views from the top floor. The five-bedroom duplex penthouse is located on 72-73 floors and has an immaculately landscaped rooftop terrace with a private pool, 10 parking spaces, and a private elevator.
