A viral TikTok video shares an important, uplifting message for all.

When a 13-year-old boy named Jacksen Proell was with some friends who were planning to do a prank, he decided to take the opportunity to spread some mental health awareness with a simple speech. The owner of the home, Ashley Mann, captured the message on her doorbell camera and decided to share it to spread the kindness and important message.

Mann was left a super caring, uplifting message on her doorbell camera recently and she decided to share it on TikTok to help spread the love.

"You can see me, and you matter, alright?" the teen said while staring into the doorbell camera. "There's always gonna be somebody that cares about you. And you're a good person. No matter what people say, you matter."

That's the moment one of his friends decided to ring the doorbell to play a game of ding, dong, ditch. But Jacksen didn't let that moment stop him from continuing to spread some love and wise words after saying to ignore his friends who were playing a prank.

"I'm just trying to say something nice," he continued. "I don't know what they're doing. They're running away and stuff. I'm just trying to say that you matter, man, or girl. Whoever you are, you matter to someone. Just keep that in mind. Don't forget that."

The creator and owner of the doorbell footage told The Blast exclusively that she shared the message on TikTok to help spread some positivity.

"The boy in the video left that positive message on my doorbell camera while his friends were ding dong ditching the doorbell cameras, so I posted the video to spread more positivity and to show more people that they matter like the boy had addressed," she told The Blast.

"Since the video had gone viral and people have reached out to do news articles, the family of the boy and I decided to start the GoFundMe to give back to a mental health organization in our community."

Mann set up a GoFundMe page in the hopes of raising their goal of $5,000 to donate to a local organization. The description on the fundraising page tells the story.

"My name is Ashley back on July 12th I uploaded a video from my doorbell camera to TikTok. Jacksen had decided to leave a very positive and uplifting message. I decided to share it to everyone because more people needed to see and hear it especially those who could be struggling. Little did I know it was going to go viral," the description begins.
