Model Heidi Klum and her husband, Tokio Hotel guitarist Tom Kaulitz are celebrating their anniversary in Capri, Italy!
The two met in 2018 while they were in Germany filming “Germany’s Next Top Model.” Despite their 17-year age gap, they were smitten right away and the German musician popped the question on Christmas Eve that same year. The two tied the knot in February 2019 and hosted a larger celebration in Capri later that summer.
It seems fitting that the two should return to Capri for their anniversary, and the “America’s Got Talent” judge has been making sure to share plenty of stunning photos and videos of their trip with her 11.2 million Instagram followers.

Heidi kicked off the celebration with a video of her riding along the streets of Paris on a moped. She is sitting behind the rocker, who is steering. His long hair is tucked underneath a helmet. Heidi is also wearing a helmet, although her signature blunt bangs can be seen poking out from beneath it.
She is wearing a two-piece animal-print dress and has her bag slung over one shoulder as she holds the phone out away from her body to record the moment. She ends the video by sticking her tongue out at the camera. The two look like they’re having a great time together!

She followed it up with a whole Instagram carousel that featured them celebrating their anniversary together. The first slide shows them sharing a smooch on the balcony, as Heidi raises her phone in the air to give fans a look at the crowded streets. “Ich bin soooo verliebt in Dich Tom Kaulitz ❤️❤️❤️❤️,” she wrote in the caption, adding, “Happy Anniversary mein Liebling 🥰 .” The first part of the caption says, “I’m so in love with you Tom Kaulitz,” although fans already knew that!
The second slide features another video of Capri’s gorgeous landscape, while a third shot shows them enjoying dinner together. Heidi shared a close-up look at their outfits in the next slide, before moving on to show them taking a trip beside the water.
The next slide shows them cruising along the narrow roads, only this time, in the middle of the day. Another shot shows Heidi walking up the stairs, giving fans another close-up look at the front of her two-piece dress. The next two slides show adorable photos of the two together before the carousel ends with a video of Tom brushing Heidi’s long blonde hair!

In another Instagram post, the German model traded her animal-print dress for an animal-print bikini as the two lounged by the Blue Grotto on the waters outside Capri. They are both wearing protective sunglasses to hide their eyes from the harsh Italian sun.
“We LOVE you, Capri,” Heidi wrote in the caption, replacing the “O” in “LOVE” with a red heart emoji. Although she doesn’t usually allow comments on her Instagram posts, she did on this one, letting her fans shower her post with messages of “Happy Anniversary!”

In August 2022, in an interview with E!’s Daily Pop, Heidi joked that she sucks her husband’s blood “like a vampire” when asked about her secret to staying ageless.
“I suck his young blood, is what I’m doing,” she joked. “Like a vampire.” Whatever she’s doing, it’s clearly working, as fans have nothing but love for the happy couple!
