The actor and comedian shared an exciting update on his liquor brand, Brown Sugar Bourbon, on Instagram, further solidifying his return to work after several rumors regarding his health status.
Foxx, who is still on the path to recovery, recently shared his gratitude for his sister, Deidra Dixon, saying she "made the decisions" that ensured he did not lose his life.

Jamie Foxx Says 'New Me' In Exciting Fresh Update
Foxx just shared a fun new update about his liquor brand, Brown Sugar Bourbon. Taking to his Instagram page, the actor revealed that BSB would be releasing a brand-new bottle expected to come with its own unique whiskey blend.
The "Django Unchained" actor purchased the flavored bourbon in 2021 from its creators, Heritage Distilling Company. At the time, he gushed about how good the drink was and revealed why he was passionate about bringing it to the spotlight by taking ownership of it.
Foxx said in a statement, "Before the quarantine I watched bottles of BSB disappear at all my celebrations and knew this was a brand I wanted to bring into the spotlight. Anyone who tries BSB is going to love it just like I do."
Since Foxx's takeover, the brand has reportedly undergone significant changes, which has further pushed it into bigger markets.
His 'New Me' Caption Sparks Fresh Conspiracy Theories
Although fans of the actor are excited to have him back online, many of them are still quite skeptical about his health, and his latest Instagram caption saying "new me" has further led to more conspiracy theories about him being "cloned."
After his post about a new Brown Sugar Bourbon bottle, fans flocked to the comment section, wondering about Foxx's choice of words.
One of his followers wrote, "New me sounds like 'cloning' just saying," while another commented, "Yeah, I'm sure [you are] new lol you ain't Jamie, so stop with the BS we ain't dumb."
"Interesting choice of words, 'new me,'" wrote a third fan.
Amid the speculations, other fans of the actor pointed out that Foxx's decision to write "new me" was due to his recent health battle and how much it has changed him.
"I meannnn I get where y'all [are] taking this with the "New Me" comments (he does too), but regardless of what… if you ever OVERCAME a traumatic situation, you will NEVER be the same. It'll either MAKE YOU or BREAK YOU! Period!" wrote a supportive fan of the star.

Foxx recently celebrated his sister, Deidra Dixon, on her birthday with a heartfelt caption thanking her for how she helped him during his health crisis. The actor also revealed that Dixon had made the "decision" which potentially saved his life.
He wrote, "Happy birthday to my beautiful for [sic] sister @frequency11' D'… you are magical, you are beautiful, you are the courageous lionesses," along with the hashtag #leoseason.
The "Gold Digger" singer then gave Dixon credit for her efforts in ensuring his recovery, saying, "And without you I would not be here… had you not made the decisions that you made I would've lost my life…. I love you forever and ever happy birthday sis."
Foxx had previously noted in a clip he shared on July 22 how his sister, Dixon, and daughter Corinne, saved his life.

Foxx shared a video clip of himself for the first time in three months, in which he got candid about his road to recovery and why he kept things very private by limiting visitations. He also talked about getting ready to return to his regular routine and being excited about his comeback.
"I want you to see me laughing, having a good time, partying, cracking a joke, doing a movie, a television show," he stated in the video. "I just didn't want you to see me with tubes running out of me and trying to figure out if I was going to make it through."
Foxx added, "My road to recovery had some potholes as well, but I'm coming back, and I'm able to work."
His post was flooded with several emotional comments from fans and his A-list celebrity friends, including Kevin Hart, Will Smith, Dwayne Johnson, Jordin Sparks, and more.
