Nina Dobrev In 'Barbie' Pink Swimsuit Goes For A Swim In Cabo

Actress Nina Dobrev is living it up in Cabo in a pink swimsuit!

Although she is there to celebrate a friend's wedding, "The Vampire Diaries" star couldn't help but share a few fun photos that featured her beating the heat in the pool!

Over the weekend, “The Out-Laws” actress took to Instagram to tease a few photos of her wearing a “Barbie” pink swimsuit as she relaxed in the pool. Her long dark hair, which now includes short blunt bangs, was tied back behind her as she looked at the camera through pink sunglasses. She is holding a drink up in front of her with one hand as she smiles for the shot.

In the caption of this Instagram post, she wrote, “First stop: Cabo. Next stop: pool. Third stop: Celebrate Mary Miller Method.” She closed off her post with the hashtag #Let’sGetMaryied. Fans and famous friends were quick to praise her fun summer photos, with one fan writing, “Nina you are such an amazing woman!!! thank you for existing, I'm very proud of the person you are, I love you and I love being your fan, you will forever be my favorite person.”

On the hit CW series “The Vampire Diaries,” Nina played Elena Gilbert. Actress Kayla Ewell played Vicki Donovan, and Candice King, formerly Candice Accola, played Carolina Forbes. All three women were spotted together in a photo taken of the group in the pool, and fans could not help but take notice of the mini TVD reunion!

Lovely pictures!” one fan commented. “CANDICE AND NINA,” another follower exclaimed. “Still waiting for Nina, Candice, and Kayla's photo,” a third fan chimed in, hoping that the women would all take a group shot together. “This is a sign to watch TVD again,” another follower teased. “Nina and Candice. My favs,” another fan shared.

In another shot, Nina hit the water in Cabo and submerged herself up to her shoulders, where fans can see one of the straps of her pink swimsuit. She is wearing a wide-brimmed hat as she looks back toward the camera, her long dark hair again tied back in a loose bun. “You’re so pretty Nina,” one fan commented. “Nina living life,” another follower wrote. “SO fun!!!” a third fan exclaimed.

“My god, what a perfect woman!! I'm so in love,” another follower gushed. “I LOVE THIS,” another fan exclaimed. “You always amaze us with your travels,” another follower shared. “She’s living her best life,” another fan chimed in. “You are living THE LIFE,” another follower agreed while another fan called her the “REAL Barbie.”

The “Love Hard” actress has been dating retired Olympic snowboarder Shaun White since 2019. The two moved in together at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and have been traveling the world together – the two even kicked off the new year with a trip to Antarctica! In April 2023, Shaun dished on a possible proposal to People magazine.

"We're just enjoying our time together right now. No pressure," he said. "But I told her, I was like, 'Look, after the Olympics, I finally got my freedom to do whatever. And let's just have fun and be together and support each other.'" He went on to add, “But you never know. We’ll see what happens.”

The two have not been shy about taking their relationship public on Instagram. In December, they even took a family boat cruise together along with Nina’s parents, Michaela and Kamen Dobrev, and Shaun’s parents, Roger and Cathy White, plus his siblings Kari White Bodman and Jesse White, along with their spouses and children.

In October 2021, the five-time Olympian gushed over his “beautiful relationship” with the “Let’s Be Cops” actress saying, "Nina's incredible. What an influence on my life.” He added, "Not only does she run her own show, her own world, companies she's involved in, things she's producing, all this stuff going on. She holds me to this same high standard, which is so wonderful to have in a partner."
