The Grammy nominee, who gained recognition in 2016 when she released her first EP, "Pho," has struggled with alcoholism for years and is now working towards being her best self without the substance.

In celebration of her seven months of sobriety, she bared her heart out about her distressing experience as an alcoholic while expressing joy for being clean and learning new things amid her sobriety journey.

On Instagram, she marked the significant milestone with a carousel showcasing her hot figure in cropped body-hugging clothing alongside a lengthy message detailing how she feels about her renewed self.

"7 months sober," the 32-year-old began in the caption. "That's a lot of sober flights. A lot of sober conversations. A lot of facing things raw and head-on. Honestly, I don't know what will happen when I reach a year sober."

She confessed that although she had no idea if sobriety was forever, she could not imagine returning to how things were, as she felt more "in control" of her emotions.  Lennox also mentioned that she felt "More stable. Happier. More alert. More safe. More accepting of things I can't control and more responsible with things I can."

Being clean admittedly made her have less social anxiety and "implement boundaries;" plus, she now lacks interest in partying with the realization that she is more into "doing chill sweet things." The R&B singer divulged more about how far she had come before declaring sobriety as a "very present experience" that made her "remember events as they are happening."

However, she also admitted that there was "the fantasy of wanting to escape all the intense stress of the world with alcohol," which only worked "temporarily."

Concluding the message, Lennox sent love to all her fans while urging them to share their sobriety milestones and whatever they learned on their journey. Several fans went ahead to open up about their sobriety journey, with one writing, "I'm 6 months & 18 days sober and 1 year, 3 months and 21 days celibate. It's been a journey but all well worth it ! Congratulations, @arilennox I love you ❤️❤️❤️."

Similarly, another confessed, "Wow, I'm on day two with no liquor, and I was gonna fold tonight, but then you posted this !!! Look at God !! The universe is working !!! ?? keep flourishing! You are the inspiration ❤️."

A third admirer then penned, "I haven't smoked weed in 7 months. I learned that I don't need it." Other commenters congratulated Lennox on the impressive achievement, including Hollywood stars like Michelle Williams and SZA.

Williams proclaimed, "Super happy for you!! I feel the freedom in reading your words to us!!! ??" whereas SZA gushed, "Congratulations Ari!!! Ur, the coolest around."

This will not be the first sobriety milestone the "Pressure" vocalist would mark as she celebrated three months into her journey back in March. At the time, she took to Instagram with sultry photos of herself before hitting the stage, revealing her clad in a mini shimmering ensemble that left nothing to the imagination.

Lennox was all glammed up and seen striking sensual poses on a brown sofa. She also went as far as splitting on the couch before turning to tease fans with views of her flawless back and ample backside.
