"I'm back in that mode. It's that time," the Texas Southern University graduate raved in the overlay text, adding a purple devil emoji. As mentioned, the media personality's return to the booth came a month after she revealed her need for a therapeutic break.

During an emotional interview, the 28-year-old confessed she would have a music hiatus to recharge her physical and mental well-being. "Fans can expect new music when I’m in a better place. Right now, I’m focused on healing," the Billboard Women in Music honoree chimed.

In their last collaborative project, the three-time Grammy winner and the beauty company joined TripAdvisor for a vacation gig.

The trio would grant a lucky fan a dream vacation to Miami in their #GetColorStayed Getaway Sweepstakes offer. The project allowed one winner to enjoy a three-night stay for two alongside a glam-up session with a personal makeup artist.

The BET Hip Hop Award Honoree Was Worried About Losing Her Royalties

Megan's music hiatus sprouted from a need to recharge from her problems, including the viral Lanez shooting and her former record label. Months earlier, the "Cognac Queen" rapper aired her concerns about 1501 Certified Entertainment eating up her hard-earned money.

The "Thot Sh*t" artist and the record company have been battling it out in court over the rapper's royalties. The Texas beauty accused the CEO, former baseball superstar Carl Crawford of holding her hostage with an unfavorable contract and preventing her from releasing new music.

In one of the motions filed by the Apple Music Award recipient and her legal team, the "Savage" rapper requested a judge to stop Crawford's spending. The entertainer believed her former record label head was actively using money, so nothing would be left when he had to pay Megan.
