By Rima Pundir on July 21, 2023 at 8:30 PM EDT
Chrissy Teigen is one busy, busy woman, with four kids that leave her exhausted, plus her career, and finally, all she does to keep fit and fine. Including getting a colonoscopy, because it's recommended.
What fans love about Teigen is not just her adorable family but also the fact that she's happy to reveal any medical aspect of her life to take the stigma away! Salut!
Chrissy Teigen Gives Up On Her Kids For This One Thing
Teigen posted a picture of her with all four of her babies yesterday, and it's a sight guaranteed to melt all mamas' hearts! She cradles her youngest, Wren, while beside her, sits a bored Miles, an even more bored-looking Esti, and finally an involved Luna.
None of them seem to be paying any attention to the camera, making Teigen caption the post, "one with all my babies” never works." She followed it up with a bawling emoji as well, prompting fans to tell her that she was not alone, as one commented, "Girl, I have 7 kids. 5 out of the 7 are grown a-- adults. It still is like this." Another tried to make her feel better, writing, "But sometimes those are the framers that capture personalities and the true essence of a period of time." More simply pointed out how bored Miles looked in all the pictures, "Miles looks so bored!! He’s go “I’m over this!” Written all over his face."
More just felt, "At least there all in the photo! Can’t make everyone happy at the same time! Get the smile things on a stick for your next try! Lol"
Here's the sweet post, and at least in the first picture we do have Luna and Miles looking at the camera!

Fans Laud Her For Being Open About Colonoscopy
On Monday, 37-year-old Teigen took to Instagram Stories, telling fans she was getting a colonoscopy because "I was told by my doctor that people are getting it younger and younger and they should go in earlier and earlier to get checked now." She also explained how "Soon there's going to be a very large jump in people my age and even a little younger getting colon cancer because we don't get checked."
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that people get regularly screened for colon cancer every ten years once they turn 45 but earlier is good too.
Meanwhile, Teigen detailed how she was taking colon cleanse pills, joking about how on Monday, of all days, she chose to wear white while usually she wore black. On Tuesday she put up more stories, detailing the procedure and how, because she wasn't allowed to eat anything for 24 hours before the procedure, she was starving and all she could think about was food.
Earlier today, Teigen updated her fans post the colonoscopy, detailing how she felt okay and everything had gone well.
Fans appreciated the move as one wrote, "Chrissy can you share that colonoscopy video so we can share it around? More ppl need to know! I’m a Stage 4 early-onset colorectal cancer patient. I appreciate you talking about it!" Teigen replied to this as well, "I will try to make a reel to spread the word! Prayers for your journey and healing!!!"
She did make the reels.
Then again, she's always been open about things most people don't usually talk about, including the loss of a baby...

Chrissy Teigen Has Been Open About IVF & Miscarriages Too
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend have had their children via IVF, welcoming their first child, a daughter named Luna Simone Stephens, on April 14, 2016. Teigen later also explained how she picked a “girl” embryo. Next came the "boy" embryo, Miles Theodore Stephens, born on May 16, 2018, and Teigen has since then kept her social media followers in splits with funny videos about her kids.
Tragedy struck the family when Teigen and Legend lost baby Jack at 20 weeks on September 30, 2020. The couple bravely shared pictures of their loss on social media, wanting to lift the stigma off the natural process of grief. It took a lot of time for Teigen to even think about having another baby but last year, she started the process of IVF again and on January 13, 2023, the couple welcomed their second girl, Esti Maxine, which she carried herself.
Teigen also later explained, in a detailed post, how she simultaneously looked for a surrogate to carry one more baby, because it had always been her dream to have four children. On June 19, 2023, Legend and Teigen welcomed a baby boy, Wren Alexander Stephens, via surrogate and now, it seems Teigen is surrounded by her babies and she loves them so much, she feels she could "explode!"
Here are some shots of the hatched eggs and the chicks!
