Chrissy Teigen And John Legend Quietly Welcome Baby No. 4!

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend added some more love to their growing family earlier this month. The couple, who welcomed their third child earlier this year, quietly welcomed their fourth baby via surrogate on June 19.

In a carousel of photos shared on Instagram simply captioned, "????," Teigen tells the story of how her new bundle of joy came to be.

"For as long as I can remember, I've always wanted four children. As a little girl, 2 glow worms and 2 cabbage patch dolls were perpetually in my arms, helping me stir in my pretend kitchen, watching Alf with me," she began. "We'd sleep together nightly, each getting the same amount of kisses as to not make the others jealous. My mom always searched for the Pound Puppy with 4 pups in her pouch, having no qualms about opening and peeking inside before purchasing."

Her next photo explained that after losing her son Jack, she didn't think she would be able to carry another baby on her own.

"In 2021, we reached out to a surrogacy agency, with our first correspondence inquiring about perhaps having 2 tandem surrogates, to each bring us a healthy baby boy or girl. Twins, kinda," she continued.

The next slide talked about meeting Alexandria who ultimately became the couple's surrogate.

"Around this same time, we also met the most incredible, loving, compassionate surrogate we could ever imagine, Alexandria," she continued. "I knew she was a perfect match for us the moment we spoke to her. All our wishes and dreams aligned."

Her little boy arrived "just minutes before midnight on June 19" and she got the chance to witness him make his entrance into the world.

The final slide telling her moving story mentions her angel baby Jack.

"Our hearts, and our homes, are officially full," she wrote. "And to our Jack, we know both their angel kisses are from you."

The newest family member arrived just five months after the family welcomed their third child, daughter Esti. They are also parents to daughter Luna Simone, 7, and son Miles Theodore, 4.

Many of Teigen's social media followers jumped into the comment section to leave their well wishes for the family.

Alexandria, the couple's surrogate left a sweet message for the family, "Thank you for choosing me ❤️ For making this whole experience so wonderful. For loving me and my family whole heartedly. It was truly an honor bringing perfect Wren into the world with you right by my side. ❤️"

Many left comments about how Teigen announced the baby's arrival and surrogacy information.

One follower wrote, "As a surrogate, nothing shows me the true character of a person than when the birth announcement occurs. The way you spoke of yours solidifies what i already knew -- that your character is as lovely as your face. ?❤❤❤"

Another added, "I just want to say THANK YOU as an experienced surrogate on being so grateful, thankful, and wonderful with your surrogacy journey. Becoming friends, appreciative and close to your surrogate as a “famous” person, I know means SO MUCH to her. It’s absolutely amazing that you are so grateful and close and didn’t treat it as a business transaction. Most surrogates want to have some kind of relationship with the intended parents ❤️ congratulations!"
