Speaking of history, in a 2021 episode of the same podcast, the mother-of-one detailed what she called her "nightmare divorce" from Hoppy. She disclosed that she initially resisted signing a prenuptial agreement, firmly believing that "'no one's taking anything from me.'"

Reflecting on her experience, Frankel told the host, "I have spent millions of dollars, millions of tears. I have had a horrific, hall of fame, nightmare divorce."

After concluding her divorce from the entrepreneur, marking the end of an eight-year process, the "Wish Me Luck" star revealed that she spent 20% of her life going through the ordeal, even though their marriage lasted only two years. Reflecting on their relationship, "The Neighbours" actress explained:

"I ended up marrying someone who was just a regular person, who seemed like they could handle all of what's going on with me, and being in reality television."

She added, "And I was sort of proud of myself for just marrying someone who had a simple life, and they didn't come from much, and so they would never want anything from me. Because this is just not the way that it goes, people who don't come from a lot just are happy with that sort of small-town life, and that would never really be a whole issue."

"On February 12, 2021, during the pandemic, Paul and I went to Little Palm Island, a small private hotel on a Florida island in the Florida keys. We are homebodies and rarely book a reservation…we like to be free and nimble and not held down to a time or plan."

She disclosed that their only plan was to catch the stunning sunset in the Florida Keys, known for its scenic beauty. While the bride-to-be respected their privacy and kept the intimate details to herself, she assured her followers that the proposal was beautiful, set in a picturesque location, and accompanied by a stunning ring.

The news of their engagement surfaced when paparazzi captured Frankel wearing the exquisite jewelry on vacation. Expressing her happiness, she gushed, "Bryn and I and Biggy Smallz are so lucky to have Paul in our lives. He is a loving, beautiful, generous, kind, funny, and smart good man who we love with all of our hearts."
