The Romanian authorities reportedly are not ready to let Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate go just yet!

The online influencer's hopes of feeling the sun and natural air on his body were shattered after a Romanian judge extended his home arrest order by another 30 days over sex trafficking charges.

He had provided details of the newest hurdle through a social media post, claiming that the "war rages on." The ruling comes nearly one month after he was formally charged with human trafficking, rape, and forming a criminal gang to exploit women.

Andrew Tate & His Younger Brother Ordered To Remain Indoors For Another 30 Days

It seems there is no end to Andrew's suffering as he, alongside his brother Tristan, has been ordered to remain indoors for another four weeks. The former kickboxer and his brother were initially arrested in December 2022 and have been held on house arrest since March 2023 in Bucharest, Romania.

Even though the duo has since denied all allegations against them, observers suspect that Tristan's actions about the case were influenced by his big brother. According to a The Sun source, Tristan's love and admiration of Andrew went beyond a normal sibling-sibling relationship. In their words:

"[Their] relationship dynamic is very odd. It's like Tristan is held captive by Andrew and believes [or] follows everything Andrew says or does."

A second insider also referred to the younger Tate as Andrew's "lapdog," while a third claimed that he mirrored his sibling’s persona instead of that of their dad, Emory. With all that being said, the infamous misogynist had shared the update of their house arrest himself, writing in a quote tweet:

"After 93 days being locked in a Romanian dungeon, I am now entering my 5th month locked in my house. A judge decided this morning that my detention must continue. The war rages on."

With the update getting over a million views, it was expected to get thousands of likes and varying reactions from Twitter users. For example, one person wrote:

"Man this house arrest thing seems to have been handy to those brothers becoming more popular than ever. I don't understand why he keeps showing himself as a hero only because he entered prison in Romania for couple of months."

Calling the continued house arrest "outrageous," this person expressed, "It doesn't matter how controversial this man is, he doesn't deserve to be imprisoned when women are being proven to have lied about Tate, and all of the evidence is just falling apart as we speak. If he's proven guilty, you're more than welcome to laugh at me."

"Be grateful, if I was the judge I would've made sure u never enter Romania again," a third netizen told Andrew, as a fourth chimed, "Good news! Tate is an abuser. He even admits much of his crimes in his own words. It's because he's a criminal, he can't even understand how evil he is. Enjoy your incarceration 😎⚖️!"

"This is the same chode who has flipped from "I can bribe the police in this country for anything" to "I have to respect Romanian authorities" in his Tucker interview. He lives off of Twitter activity. This is your alpha male," a fifth onlooker tweeted.

The Social Media Personality Is Determined To Prove The Allegations Wrong

When Andrew was officially charged with rape, human trafficking, and forming a criminal gang to exploit women last month, The Blast reported it, noting that they were filed in Bucharest. The charges were also filed against Tristan and two women, Luana Radu and Georgiana Naghel, who have been serving under house arrest too.

In light of the development, the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism issued a statement asserting that the four defendants created a criminal group in 2021 with the intent "to commit the crime of human trafficking."

The group is accused of luring and transporting seven female victims, allegedly subjecting them to physical violence and sexual exploitation, during alleged operations across the United States, Romania, and Britain. Additionally, one of the defendants is accused of raping one of the female victims on two separate occasions in March 2022.

Confirming Andrew and Tristan's innocence, the 36-year-old's spokesperson declared that the duo were  determined to "demonstrate their innocence and vindicate their reputation." Similarly, he has continued to laud his innocence on social media, with his fans cheering him on relentlessly.
