Playboy Playmate Jessica Hahn's Husband Files For Divorce

Playboy playmate Jessica Hahn's husband is pulling the plug on their marriage, claiming they've actually been separated for over five years.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the famous playmate -- who made countless appearances on 'The Howard Stern Show' -- is legally ending her marriage of 14 years. If you don't know the name, she was at the center of one of the biggest tabloid scandals in history.

As for the divorce, Hahn's husband Frank Lloyd filed the dissolution of marriage in Los Angeles County Courts, citing "irreconcilable differences" for the breakup. Interestingly, Lloyd says the couple was married in 2009, but split way back in 2018. It should be noted, in California, the only reason the date of separation is important has to do with the fact that any money made during that time period could be considered separate property.

In the filing, Frank is asking the court to not allow either one of them to get spousal support from one another -- and split all attorney's fees. Lloyd is a former stuntman who was featured in 'Spiderman.'

Now, the scandal...

Jessica Hahn is most well known for her role in a massive sex scandal involving one of the biggest Christian televangelists, Jim Bakker. 

Back in 1987, Bakker had built a multimillion-dollar empire known as the PTL with his famous wife Tammy Faye Bakker. In addition to a Christian broadcast network, the family launched a theme park and residential complex in South Carolina. But, the business exploded after it was dragged into a scandal involving Bakker and the company's finances.

That year a newspaper reported Jim Bakker had paid Jessica Hahn $279,000 in hush money while she was working as a church secretary. Hahn alleged she was rapped by Bakker in 1980 when she was only 21 years old. Bakker acknowledged that he had sex with Hahn, but insisted it was consensual. "I fielded this call from someone who turned out to be Jessica Hahn telling us that something had happened between her and Jim Bakker," the investigative reporter who broke the story later recalled.

The story was so big, the reporter recalled arriving at the PTL offices to discuss the story and being confronted by an executive, saying, "I remember very vividly being in his office, and he pulling a handgun out of his pocket and dropping it on the desk, kind of in front of me as if to let me know who is in charge and I better be well-behaved."

In the end, Bakker was reportedly found guilty of 24 counts of fraud and sentenced to 45 years in prison.

Following the scandal, Hahn was a regular on 'The Howard Stern Show' and appeared with him at the MTV Music Video Awards in 1992 while he was dressed as Fartman. Also, Jessica posed nude for Playboy in the late 1980s on several occasions and appeared outside of the Playboy Mansion on the day Hugh Hefner died.

Jessica Hahn has yet to respond to the divorce.
