Katie Price Follows Through On Additional Plastic Surgery Despite Mom's Disapproval

Katie Price has forged ahead with her decision to undergo additional plastic surgery procedures.

Despite her mother Amy's concerns, the TV star remains unyielding, determined to achieve her desired aesthetic transformations. The celebrity reportedly has multiple procedures scheduled at a clinic in Belgium, including a lip lift. 

In a candid TikTok live video, the 45-year-old appeared without makeup, her dark hair elegantly piled on top of her head. She wore a splint on her nose and tape across her face, which she complained about being "itchy."

Price has undergone numerous breast implantations and reductions throughout the years, resulting in fluctuating breast sizes. In her quest for the "biggest breasts in Britain," the mother-of-five underwent her 16th boob job last year.

According to Daily Mail, the model, who is reportedly unsatisfied with her already large bust size, opted for 2120 CC implants, aiming to boost her chest size further. In a TV appearance, Amy candidly discussed her daughter's affinity for plastic surgery, attributing it to unhappiness.

She revealed her attempts to intervene by canceling scheduled surgeries, but the English media personality learned to keep them a secret from her. Expressing her concern, the 71-year-old suggested:

"I do think it's body dysmorphia, and I think the tattoos are too, I mean her boobs are ridiculous if you ask me. It's for her but I find with her tattoos it's the same thing."

In an excerpt from her book, "The Last Word," she noted that while most people may change their nails or hair color to lift their spirits, Price opts to alter her body shape.

She emphasized that attracting men is not the "Dream Team" guest star's motivation for these changes; instead, "she thinks it makes her in control of her body." Unafraid to be frank, Amy humorously warned that if Price is not careful, she might end up resembling "the Bride of Frankenstein."

The "Hell's Kitchen" guest presenter's procedures are only one of her worries, the other being that she also suffers from a terminal illness called idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). 

While she was diagnosed in 2017, the information provided by the NHS states that IPF is a progressive condition characterized by the scarring of the lungs, resulting in a gradual decline in lung function and increasing difficulty in breathing.

The exact cause remains uncertain, but it is reported to typically impact individuals between the ages of 70 and 75, with a rarity in those under 50. While various treatments can slow its progression, currently, there is no available treatment to halt or reverse the scarring of the lungs.

This is unfortunate for Amy, who has a blended family consisting of two daughters, Katie and Sophie, and a stepson, Daniel, and Sophie – her daughter from her second marriage. 

Price is no stranger to public petitions being called for restrictions on her ownership of pets due to reports regarding the alleged loss of some under her care. So in light of an incident that prompted an investigation, the star felt compelled to address the situation.

Following the heartbreaking death of her beloved dog, Blade, The Blast reported that she posted a selfie featuring her with black shoulder-length hair. In the makeup-free snapshot, the "Top of the Pops 2" presenter expressed her frustrations in the caption, using the platform to vent her feelings. The grieving pet mom wrote:

"Extensions out ready for new transformation literally had so much shit thrown at me, and being single now and now dealing with the suspicions my dog had been killed deliberately, so being investigated, I need a massive change and move in my life."

Not surprisingly, her fans came together to show their unwavering support. With an outpouring of love and encouragement, one person expressed solidarity, assuring Price that she did not need to explain herself. Condolences were also extended with hopes for justice, as someone expressed, "I'm so sorry to hear about Blade hope they find who did it." 

However, not all the messages were positive, like one critic wrote, "Take accountability for yourself for once. Your gates are always open, and you live off a busy road." Another appealed to her not to acquire more animals, as they believed she struggled to care for them adequately.
