Katie Price Breaks Silence On 'Being Investigated' For Dog's Passing

Katie Price needs a transformation!

The former glamor model has been a proud owner of several furry friends. Unfortunately, a few have been reported to allegedly lose their lives while in her care, leading to petitions against her keeping pets. However, a recent incident has led to an investigation, prompting the star to address the situation. 

After the death of her beloved dog Blade, the mother-of-five took to her Instagram page to share a selfie of herself sporting black shoulder-length hair. With her face make up free, the 44-year-old ranted in the caption, writing: 

"Extensions out ready for new transformation literally had so much shit thrown at me, and being single now and now dealing with the suspicions my dog had been killed deliberately, so being investigated, I need a massive change and move in my life."

The TV personality's fans rallied behind her with an outpouring of support. One person expressed solidarity, writing, "No need to explain yourself. ❤️." Another person expressed frustration, saying, "Why can't people just leave you alone xx." Someone else sent their condolences and hoped for justice, "I'm so sorry to hear about Blade hope they find who did it." 

Amidst the messages of love and encouragement, some urged Price to ignore the criticism and stay true to herself, with one fan noting, "Keep being you and don't give up ?." 

However, not all the messages were positive, as some voiced concerns about her ability to care for animals and suggested she take responsibility. Like this critic who wrote, "Take accountability for yourself for once. Your gates are always open, and you live off a busy road." 

Another advised, "Think your hair is the least of your worries. A bit of advice . . don't get any more animals . ." This person appealed to her to "stop buying animals" because she "clearly can't look after them." 

A little over a month ago, a petition demanding a lifetime ban on her from owning or acquiring more dogs garnered significant support, amassing 26,000 signatures. The petition, which originated three years ago, gained renewed attention following the unfortunate deaths of several of her pets, including a tragic incident involving her cream Pomeranian named Sharon.

Allegations of multiple fatal episodes involving the well-being of animals under Price's care have emerged, spanning six years. These claims include the unfortunate deaths of dogs, horses, and chameleons. 

It was reported that backers of the Change.org petition, initiated in 2020, provided an update in November, claiming that the "Dream Team" guest star's pets allegedly died due to neglect, were subjected to unsanitary living conditions, and also trained to exhibit aggressive behavior. More details in the notice read:

"Puppies were found dead drowning in a neglected swimming pool. A horse was run over on a motorway. Animals just go missing in her home, never to be seen again. Her guard dog broke into her neighbor's garden and killed their chickens."

The British celebrity has not only faced allegations over her pets but has also ignited a wave of controversy among her fans concerning her children. 

Renowned for her numerous physical transformations, the controversial personality caught the public's attention for all the wrong reasons again after sharing a photo of her baby girl, per The Blast.

In the Instagram post, her 8-year-old wore mascara and lip gloss. The snapshot captured the adorable moment of her little girl, dressed in yellow pajamas with a strawberry pattern, pouting at the camera. 

She held a towel wrapped around her head with both hands, adding a touch of playfulness to the picture. The image, which was captioned "My stunning Bunny bops. ?," received disapproving comments from followers, with one person stating, "Let her be a child." 

Another remarked that a little girl her age should not be described as "stunning." A third said, "A pouting child with makeup is completely inappropriate! Wow!" One disgruntled Instagram follower expressed annoyance, writing, "Put the filters away; she's 8; who describes an eight-year-old as stunning." 

Someone else suggested that the child would be better off with her father, noting, "Get her back to her daddy." Meanwhile, an individual sarcastically remarked, "Starting her early with the filters, I see."
