Billie Eilish is back on the block!

The 21-year-old has been quite busy for the last few years. The “bad guy” singer took the music world by storm four years ago when she released the critically-acclaimed LP “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?”
The “you should see me in a crown” songstress avoided the so-called ‘sophomore slump’ two years later when she released “Happy Ever After” two years later. The title track went on to experience viral success as a TikTok sound during the summer of 2021. Kelly Clarkson also released a viral cover of the track, courtesy of “The Kelly Clarkson Show”s “Kelly-oke” segment.
Since its release, Eilish has released a series of singles to streaming services, including “The 30th” and “hotline.”
Eilish’s discography is about to get much more expansive! It was recently revealed she will be part of one of the summer’s most highly-anticipated soundtracks, and it seems as if she has a few more surprises in store for her fans!

The summer of 2023 has undoubtedly turned pink!
Greta Gerwig’s highly-anticipated flick “Barbie” will be released in theaters on July 21st, with its soundtrack hitting stores and streaming services on the same day. Artists featured on the soundtrack include Dua Lipa, HAIM, and Ms. Eilish, herself!
Eilish will have a track called “What Was I Made For” on the LP. She’s feeling the anticipation along with the rest of us; the “ocean eyes” singer recently posted what seems to be the single’s cover to her Insta feed!

The official account for the film commented, “Been dreaming of this collab 🤩,” referencing Eilish’s brother Finneas’ involvement with the song. The official account for Instagram weighed in, commenting, “lives are already changed, billie 💕”
Eilish revealed a snippet of her single set to a clip from a film on her feed a few days later!

Channeling a vintage Barbie-inspired hairstyle, Eilish revealed the music video will be released alongside the single in her latest Instagram post on Tuesday!
