Jessie J only has the utmost love for her body, and she is expressing just that nearly two months following the birth of her first and only child, Sky Cornish Safir Colman.
The extraordinary entertainer shares the tot with her boyfriend, Chanan Safir Colman, and she never tires of updating the world on her postpartum journey.
Most recently, she announced to her 13.4 million Instagram followers that she had been approved to resume working out, which she was naturally over the moon about while hinting at taking things slow.

The 35-year-old kept the clip light-hearted by showcasing some hilarious dance moves, similar to her baby daddy, who was captured gazing at her with so much affection. For the new mom's first day back in the gym, she rocked army green leggings, a black bra top, a waist trainer, and a black baseball cap while switching to a sweatshirt in some parts of the video.
Amid the fun-looking routine, Jessie J made some comical faces at the camera and caressed her midsection before the clip ended with a view of her in the pool, dressed in a black swimsuit.
In the caption, she wrote, "Got my 6 week sign off from my doc to do some 'gentle exercise' if I want to…So I've been jogging to the fridge for 2 weeks. But working out has always been a mental support as well as physical for me. So happy to be back with a low impact SLOW and NO PRESSURE workout."
The "Price Tag" singer revealed that the paced workout session doubled as a "rare and needed date night with my man" before noting that they did not intentionally coordinate outfits in the reel. Nevertheless, she felt it was "very mum and dad" of them.
The British songstress rounded up her note by referencing the postpartum tradition of "snapping back" while declaring "Only thing I'm snapping is forward." Over 58k viewers liked the post, while hundreds commented on how genuine and inspiring the pop-rock vocalist's postpartum journey has been.
An admirer appreciated her positive energy about the process and wished all women were like felt that way about their self-image. A second fan exclaimed, "I adore you! Thank you for showing it's normal to love the body that made your baby!" A third cheered, "GET IT, MAMA."
Another penned, "You are honestly such a beautiful being. I love how real and genuine you are. Gorgeous parents, I hope you enjoyed your date night."
Similarly, one supporter expressed, "I've loved you since I was a little girl; now I'm 21 & look up to you in so many ways. Motherhood looks so good on you." The songwriter's return to the gym comes more than a week after she showed off her postpartum figure while promoting self-love.
On her Instagram, the former "Voice UK" judge posted a clip of her going about her skincare routine in nothing but a two-piece Calvin Klein underwear, drawing attention to her slightly swollen stomach.
The video began with her popping up to the camera and then dancing a bit, during which she washed her face and applied lotion. Jessie rubbed a balm on her midsection and went on to fix her hair and makeup before putting on a waist trainer.
She then attached a message to the reel, proudly declaring her self-love. It read, "Ain't nobody love ME better. No ads, just a little six weeks postpartum self-love."
The 'It's My Party' Singer Recreated A Touching Moment From 'Price Tag' With Her Son
The 35-year-old's return to working out comes after she recreated a beautiful part of her chart-topping hit "Price Tag" with her child after no doubt waiting a long time.
She uploaded a photo of her son Sky wearing a green and white striped onesie and sitting with a massive brown fluffy teddy bear. The bear, which fans would recall from the music video of the 2011 single, had only one eye, while the other eye spot had an X.
Taking to the caption, the "Nobody's Perfect" songstress confessed, "I kept the bear from the Price Tag video for 13 years for this exact moment. I sobbed, taking this picture. Priceless."
