Madix made headlines in March when she and Tom Sandoval, who had been together for nine years, ended their relationship due to Sandoval's affair with their "Vanderpump Rules" co-star Raquel Leviss.

A source revealed to Us Weekly that Madix discovered Sandoval and Leviss' involvement after she looked through his phone while he was performing his new song on stage at a concert in early March.
