Hannah Ann Sluss Shares Recipe For Protein Donuts!

Hannah Ann Sluss, best known for her time on "The Bachelor", is sharing a new recipe to social media, which is grabbing her fans' attention.

The former "Bachelor" star is focused on gut health and fitness and tends to share some of her favorite recipes on Instagram with her followers.

Her most recent recipe certainly grabbed her fans' attention as she shared a healthy recipe for protein donuts!

"Protein donuts ? one of the easiest recipes for a breakfast meal prep! ?," Sluss shared before adding, "you can completely make these your own by adding your favorite protein pancake mix, nuts, syrups, and fruit! Enjoy! "

Here's what you need in order to make the protein donuts, per Hannah Ann Sluss:

• Protein pancake mix (with ingredients you need on the back of the box. I buy birch which only needs water)
• Pure maple syrup
• Your favorite berries, mine is strawberry
• Your favorite nuts, I did chopped pecans
• Cinnamon
• Cooking spray
• Donut tin (I bought mine off of Amazon)

Here are the directions for meal-prepping the protein donuts:

1. Follow the directions for the protein pancake mix. Spray your muffin tin well and add your pancake mix.
2. Add your favorite toppings along with a touch of maple syrup in each donut. Stir the toppings with a spoon before baking.
3. Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins depending on your oven!

After the former “Bachelor” star got her heart broken by Peter Weber, Hannah Ann Sluss has now found love with someone else — former NFL player, Jake Funk.

The two began dating around late 2021, but decided to go public in February 2022 — just hours before Funk’s team at the time, the Los Angeles Rams, took the field for Super Bowl LVI.

“We met a couple of months ago and as soon as we met, we just had an instant connection and basically [we’ve been] inseparable since day one,” Sluss said in regard to her relationship with the NFL running back. “Just getting to know him and us being together and incorporating our lives together, it’s just been very seamless and easy.”

“I wanted to wait to share [our relationship] with everyone because it was our decision,” Sluss told Us. “We’re very private and, you know, that just seems to be the best for us right now. With my past, things have been public and nothing really necessarily good has come from it, in my opinion. And so keeping things private and just having our own lives outside of social media [makes] it more of a true, meaningful relationship for us.”

Hannah Ann Sluss announced she and Funk are now engaged in a TikTok video on Wednesday, January 25. Sluss and Funk were seen having a romantic evening on the beach while the two enjoyed cocktails and a nice candlelit dinner while watching the sunset.
