Kourtney Kardashian Gives Fans A Glimpse At Her 'Nice & Easy' Pregnancy Workout Routine

Kourtney Kardashian Barker is incorporating fitness in her pregnancy journey, and we are here for every bit!

The social media sensation makes headlines now and again thanks to her swooning romance with her husband, Travis Barker, for whom she is pregnant one year after their marriage. 

In one of her recent social media posts, she told the world of her intentions to stay fit amid her pregnancy, but rather than keeping up with her usual intense routine, she plans to take things just "nice and easy."

Kourtney took to her Instagram Story to share a video of herself on the treadmill and set to Frank Sinatra's "Nice 'n' Easy." Sinatra could be heard singing, "Let's take it nice and easy, it's gonna be so easy…" while the pregnant celeb filmed her legs walking on the machine, giving a glimpse of her baby bump.

She then showed the gym equipment's monitor before sharing a view of the outdoors through a glass. Revealing more details about her routine, Kourtney wrote that she worked out 30-35 minutes daily, "usually outside."

Based on the geotag on the post, she was still in Denver, Colorado, where she recently took some lovely maternity pictures while enjoying the sights with her husband. As seen on her Instagram Story over the weekend, the media personality blessed her followers with a mirror selfie in an elevator featuring none other than her baby bump.

In the photo, she was dressed casually in a white graphic 'The Beastie Boys' shirt that barely covered her enlarged stomach. Kourtney, who opted for no makeup for the photo, paired the top with black leggings, a matching trench coat reaching her ankle, and platform lace-up boots. She left the update captionless but added a black heart emoji.

In a second Story post, the reality star included her spouse, with whom she was enjoying some intimate moments while flaunting her massive diamond ring as the couple held hands. Kourtney added a caption this time, using only the location tag, "DENVER, COLORADO."

She then concluded her photo dump with an image of herself and Travis taking an evening walk, visiting a well-known tourist site— the Big Blue Bear statue at the Colorado Convention Center in Downtown Denver.

It seems Kourtney wanted to be very prepared pregnancy-wise before their trip to the capital city of Colorado, as weeks before, she asked for some body care tips via her Instagram Story. Using a beautiful snap of herself sitting beside a drum set, she asked in a text overlay, "Favorite clean body care for during pregnancy?"

Unsurprisingly, the Lemme founder, who donned a sheer longsleeved mini dress, a black jacket, and thigh-high boots, showed off her baby bump in the image by turning slightly for her pose.

It is no news that the romantic couple broke the news of their pregnancy during Father's Day weekend, with Kourtney sharing the big news during one of her husband's Blink-182 shows with a signpost that read, "Travis I'm Pregnant." The lovers could not hide their appreciation of the gift of pregnancy as they posted heartwarming pregnancy photos captioned, "overwhelmed with gratitude and joy for God's blessing and plan."

As Kourtney and Travis prepare to welcome their first child, they appear to have picked a name for the unborn baby, which they are yet to reveal. 

The prominent musician hinted that he already knew his son's name after his partner shared a series of baby bump photos from their drumroll gender reveal party on Instagram.

The expectant mother looked stunning in the photographs, wearing a blue longsleeved turtleneck dress designed with a thigh-high slit which she paired with matching mesh trousers and white peep-toe shoes. The carousel began with a glimpse of Kourtney touching her midsection with both hands before revealing views of her and Travis getting cozy, including one showing them holding hands.

As seen in the comments, Travis implied how much he knew about his baby's name but did not share more details. This led fans to come up with suggestions, with the majority going for "Elvis," considering the couple once mentioned that was their top choice if they ever had babies.
