It is no surprise that Khloe's 30s weren't the best for her given that she endured two failed public relationships — her marriage to Lamar Odom and her relationship with Tristan Thompson — which both ended due to infidelity amongst other reasons.

She also faced some health issues while dealing with other bittersweet moments such as the birth of her second son Tatum via surrogate. In a June episode of "The Kardashians" on Hulu, Khloé confessed about feeling disconnected from her son, whom she welcomed with her ex Thompson.

As fans might know, news of Thompson fathering a child with another woman came to light just days after he and Khloé decided to proceed with surrogacy.

In the snippet, the "Revenge Body" host was seen speaking with her mom, who advised her to go easy on herself, considering what she went through after the boy's birth. of which,  She told the momager, "I feel bad. For sure. Like not bad. I feel guilty sometimes. I'm like, 'Why isn't it the same?' But I know it will be."

The media personality added that while she does not "treat him differently" than she treats her first-born True, she does "question" herself sometimes.
