If you've never tried the shake, or you have and wonder just what flavor it is, Jordan Howlett, better known as Jordan the Stallion on TikTok, has information to share as the self-proclaimed president of the Fast-Food Secrets Club.

“As president of the Fast-Food Secrets Club, people have been asking me to figure out what flavor the Grimace milkshake is at McDonald’s,” he began his video. "People think that it’s just vanilla flavor, because when they taste it, they taste vanilla. However, other people taste berry. Now technically, it is both and wanna know why? It’s because of the fries."

Howlett explained that McDonald's sensory scientists' job is to "figure out how to enhance or suppress flavors due to the combinations." He said if you eat some fries before tasting the shake, the flavor will be more berry, and if you have the shake without the fries, it will be more vanilla.

One of Howlett's followers was confused asking, "So you’re telling me there are people that eat McDonald's, and a fry doesn’t immediately go into their mouth?"

Another follower wrote, "It’s so good!!! Vanilla. Then fry. Then it’s berry."
