A recent report claimed that the pair had split up because Caleb had refused "to stick to [his] diet." A source close to Tammy told The U.S Sun in May that the reality star had her legal team ready to file for a divorce.

"They split up because Caleb hasn't been following his diet in rehab," the source claimed, adding, "He has gained 30 lbs and hasn't been working his program."

The insider also alleged that Tammy and Caleb "got into a big fight over it and he told her he wanted a divorce, but then he tried to backtrack."

According to the news outlet, Tammy's sisters, Amy and Amanda Slaton, supported her divorcing Caleb, saying it was the best thing for her.

The source added, "She wants someone who can be there for her, and his health keeps declining. She would have to take care of him once he's out of rehab, and that is her taking on the care of a whole other person when she can barely take care of herself, so the relationship is pointless."
