Friend Accused Of Kidnapping Kim Zolciak's Kids Comes Forward

Kroy Biermann called the police on Kim Zolciak and a friend claiming their son had been kidnapped. The accuser is now setting the record straight.

Zolciak’s friend allegedly kidnaped poor Kroy BZolciak'sermn Jr. Elise Humphries stepped up and shared her side of the story after revealing she was the friend in question.

Humphries maintained, "there was zero kidnapping." Her daughter and their son had a rodeo playdate. This is A very believable excuse, as Zolciak and Biermann's love dressing the kids up in cowboy gear and even took a few trips to ranches and places like that.

In the police report obtained by Radar Online, it claims the police were called five times on June 16. It says, "Son was dropped off with a woman named Aleese [Elise]. Husband said he was filing kidnapping for his son going to the rodeo."

Humphries explained her version of what went down in an Instagram post and praised Zolciak. "His mother, Kim, an incredible mom, and friend, gave me permission and brought him to meet me & his two best friends; one is my daughter."

She slammed Biermann for his actions. "[KJ's] father, Kroy, is desperately trying to control every move to ensure he gets full custody and child support, so he falsely accused me of kidnapping KJ so he can appear as the parent who takes the kids out."

She shared that when Zolciak became aware of what was happening, she was "terrified I was going to get arrested" And did not want to be seen as someone who "misuses the 911 system." She also stressed that Zolciak is truly struggling amid the shocking divorce.

"Please pray for Kim and the kids because they need them while they navigate Kroy's narcissistic, controlling behavior."

The mom of six is worried about being associated with the misuse of police services because Biermann accuses HER of calling the police five times. He claims he chose not to call "to no longer escalate the situation" for the "best interest of the child."

Whereas Zolciak allegedly called, and on the fourth call, she alleged that her "husband stole a bag." After that incident, it's alleged that Humphries "refused" to bring KJ home. Furthermore, Biermann believes that a bigger plan is being hatched here, and he doesn't like it.

The former professional athlete thinks that Zolciak and Humphries "intentionally created" the situation" to get a rise out of him. Biermann can add this list to his other upsets over his hopefully soon-to-be ex-wife.

Biermann has already requested that Zolciak take a parenting class; he has called her out over her compulsive gambling," and he has demanded that a doctor psychologically evaluate her. Unfortunately for Biermann, Zolciak can throw stones too.

Kim has asked that her husband be drug tested; she also wants the former athlete to hand over custody of the kids but will allow him visitation. This messy divorce is likely far from over.
