She disclosed that after a producer shared a photo of her in which she struggled to recognize herself, it served as a wake-up call, prompting her to take action. Reflecting on that moment, she expressed how deeply it affected her, stating:

"It just really depressed me. I knew that I gained weight. I didn't like the way I looked."

During her time on Ozempic, Simpson shed five to seven pounds and ultimately discontinued its use due to the side effects, like making her feel lethargic. The reality TV star also divulged that in January, she decided to undergo liposuction on her arms and a breast reduction. She expressed her satisfaction with the results, noting the noticeable difference in her appearance.

"Which diet pill did you use?! We all know now that's the Hollywood secret! Ozempic & what else works?! Cause it's NOT all diet & exercise.. takes a good 6mo to a year or more to see results like that from diet and exercise, not 2 months, stepping out with a while new body... duh!!!"

She wasted no time shutting them down, writing, "It hasn't been two months. We stopped filming in November of 2022."
