Maksim Chmerkovskiy's social media community has a slight bone to pick with him over his latest music choice.
The "Dancing With the Stars" pro finally found his long-awaited me-time so he could kick back, relax and share the good time, but instead, fans met with scolding for opting to use a song from the anti-Semitic rapper Kanye "Ye" West.

The Ukrainian-raised dancer, who just welcomed his rainbow son Rio John with his wife, Peta Murgatroyd, took self-care to another level when he shared a video of himself having an ice bath on a terrace floor.

The clip set to "Good Morning" by West showed how the father of two, who wore nothing but a boxer, dipped his body and, eventually, his head in a holding bowl shaped like a bathtub. Afterward, the social media influencer makes a good case for using "Plunge" for ice bathing.
The 43-year-old TV personality explained in the accompanying caption that while his love for cold baths, a part of his "body maintenance routine," is well documented, he was more excited to share his love for Plunge with fans.
He then encouraged them to secure the product by noting, "Friends! Fam! If you have it in you to invest in an incredible product [that] improves and extends the quality of your life and [is] sooooo easy to use...get this product and let me know after a month of use if you do not see improvement in your overall health!"
Later, Chmerkovskiy disclaimed that he wasn't a doctor but was instead sharing the research that worked well for him. Finally, he dropped a code they could use to get their products. However, his attempt at making his fans drool over his body maintenance technique went the wrong way when they reacted harshly to his song choice.
Giving their genuine opinions, one wrote, "But really bad taste in music, my dancing friend. Another penned, "You're Jewish, why are you playing that anti semite's music. I love you and your wife, but SHAME ON YOU 😰."
One other unimpressed user added, "l'm a fan of all the [good] you do but bad music choice while someone else asked why he chose Ye's music as he is bad news.
Meanwhile, other fans were concerned with his worn-out balcony railings. "Fix those balusters on the railing behind you!!!! IT SCARES ME TO LOOK AT THEM! Before your children are old enough yo be alone out there. Okay, I'm done, lol. Just being a helicopter fan," one fan wrote. A fifth fan cautioned:
"What else do you need? Maybe a new deck railing so your kids don't fall off. Maybe [you] should have invested in that first."
Unless you lived under a rock, you would know why many are still not here for the "Donda" hitmaker. The Blast gave juicy details last December on why he was losing partnerships left and right, and it's no other reason than the fact he was hurling several anti-Semitic statements during several interviews.
But following the shocking outbursts, Adidas ended its partnership with him, which invariably sliced into his net worth. Per Forbes, Yeezy's deal with Adidas was worth $1.5 billion of his net worth. His net worth was then dropped by $400 million.
The 'DWTS' Contestant Enjoys Being A Father Of Two
Although Chmerkovskiy's fans were not too happy with recent Ye's acknowledgment, they have been overjoyed to see content about the new family of four. Just as excited as the first day he shared the newborn news, the doting father uploaded a snapshot of the infant napping in his arms while his older son, Shai Aleksander, looked on from the side.
The older brother matched his dad's shirtless upper body but donned colorful shorts at the bottom. He also placed his head on his father's arm and lightly touched Rio's body with his right hand. The choreographer was with a white duvet and smiled at the camera.
The Latin–ballroom dance champion captioned the post, "New favorite pic of all time! Father of two. Est 2017 #MadeInPeta." As expected, his fans showered compliments and praises in the comments.
One fan enthusiastically claimed, "This is the most beautiful picture. I love this," and a fifth noted, "Big brother is SO happy. So is Papa. But dang Shai is cute." A second exclaimed, "Shai looks so happy and mesmerized by his new brother! A new generation of Chmerkovskiy brothers!!! 😍❤️ congrats Max and Peta, on your beautiful family!"
