With each luxury home transformation, Hall faces tempting off-market buyers and the prospect of lucrative profits. Balancing her passion for design with the opportunities that arise, she explained:

"So then I have to sit down with the kids and be like, 'Hey guys, I know we don't want to move again, but is anyone else in favor of us finding different opportunities?'"

It also seems like apart from sharing her flexible nature, her first child, Taylor — with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa — might also be a chip off the old block in terms of designing. The proud mom shared that her eldest daughter is already showing early signs of embracing the world of design and real estate setting the stage for a potential future in the industry.

However, despite her success in the same field, Hall is not quite ready to encourage the teenager to pursue a similar path. In her own words, "Taylor is just a natural. She's actually really good at design and she's really good on camera. It kind of freaks me out, but I don't want her to do any of that for a while."
