Fans Slam Eva Longoria For Being Too 'Handsy' With Victoria Beckham's Husband

Victoria Beckham and Eva Longoria may be best pals. However, fans are drawing a line regarding the actress's relationship with David Beckham.

For years, the singer-turned-fashion-mogul and the Hollywood veteran have made waves for their industry-defying friendship. From their careers to their personal lives, the dynamic duo are frequently seen supporting each other.

Their bond has been hailed by many, but the case differed when it came to the "Desperate Housewives" star's connection to her pal's husband. The Corpus Christi native received backlash after a recent post captured the entertainer getting too touchy for the public's comfort.

The former Spice Girls member's Instagram page recently became a platform to bash her longtime friend. The drama occurred when Victoria dropped a carousel of images from her fun dinner date with her husband and their acquaintances while in France for the Jacquemus Show.

The "Learning to Fly" author flaunted her signature toned figure in a blush pink dress for the event. On the other hand, Longoria opted for a casual look consisting of a white tee underneath a tan blazer and blue jeans.

Meanwhile, David looked dapper in a green long-sleeve shirt and white pants. Other noticeable faces in the slideshow were the model Isabela Rangel Grutman and the fashion designer's marketing and image director, Clement Corraze.

The first snap showed Victoria, Longoria, and Grutman posing for a group shot at the dinner table, with another photo of the best pals alone in the same area. Although the "Devious Maids" star touched her pal in the pictures, the story changed regarding David, as fans deemed her friendly gestures unacceptable.

In a group shot, all the participants of the dinner date posed outside the restaurant. Everyone stuck together to fit into the camera's range, but the Corpus Christi native showcased her playful side with a wild pose.

Longoria posed next to Victoria with the back group while David squatted. Despite their distance, the Hollywood veteran stretched her hand to grab the former footballer's shoulder. Although the post got over 80,000 likes, the comment section was a bash fest against the "Flamin' Hot" director.

Suspicious of the Hollywood sensation's physical closeness to the father of four, fans slammed the actress for her lack of boundaries. Many warned the entertainer to keep her grabby hands to herself, while others advised the "Victoria's Secrets" star to save her friend in check.

"Can Eva stop touching David, please? Makes me uncomfortable," someone cried while another warned Victoria: "Hmm, Eva is a little handsy with your husband!" A third cautionary message read: "Put your hands off David. Hey Vic, watch out."

An individual stated it was unacceptable for Longoria to feel comfortable touching her friend's beau. "Eva reaching out to David all the time is annoying. I don't like that, no matter how [close] you are!" the social media user shared.

A fellow displeased fan aired similar opinions, commenting, "More than ten people said the same thing, Eva; please, man, behave yourself. The so-called best friends always take most men. Victoria, I love everything about you. You are perfection, and the truth is your friends got nothing on you."
